Were going to wait for the 2023 Outlander PHEV. Love the tech and the way the third row folds flat without removing the head rests.

It looks like I did the right chose with this one. The wife loves her new outlander it’s the second vehicle we got from Mitsubishi that has a taste in luxury feel at a affordable price

it's been 11 months since. I'm curious after I test drove the rav4. It has a lot of road noise in the cabin. How's the road noise in the Outlander?

thanks for this review! 3 cylinders and a turbo though...esp on an SUV... it'll probably burn itself out way before it's time. I mean 4 cylinders on a big vehicle isn't great either but the naturally aspirated mitsu will probably last longer if you treat it right.

I have a 22’ Outlander and love it. I pull a trailer every weekend and have had no problems. I am averaging a combined 28.5mpg that is not bad at all for an SUV. The 3rd row is small but has been very useful when needed.

I'd take the Outlander, looks better inside and out, has an additional 3rd row for occasional use and a way longer warranty.

Do you think that the 2023 Outlander and 2023 Altima will have the 2.5NA replaced with the 1.5 VCT?

nobody wants a trouble prone turbo... especially a three cylinder... outlander should've won that round

Naturally Aspirated works for me. Is the Outlander Quiet? Do you ever do DB comparisons?

I think I'd go for the Rogue just because of the extra power, that's if I had to select amongst the two but I think the Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk 3.2 V6 for 37-38K would be my more preferred option...Can you review the Jeep Compass Limited Elite please?...CHEERS!

I can't speak for anyone else but we will never buy another Chrysler, Dodge or Jeep product. Terrible reliability and dealer service.

Very helpful thank you. But so ticked off at Mitsubishi for getting rid of their 3.0 liter version of the Outlander. I've owned nothing but Mitsubishi for decades, not I have to go shop somewhere else.

2023 OUTLANDER has 2021 NISSAN ROGUE ENGINE AND TRANSMISSION; however, why Outlander fuel economy is 13% worse than Rogue? Can anyone explain. The Outlander weight is not that much higher...i could not find the drag coefficient specs for these cars, though

In fact. I decided to risk and buy the Rogue. The visual of the outlander did not attract me at all. My Rogue has now 1000 miles and is so far awesome. I am achieving 38.81 mpg highway and 29 mpg in the city. The power and confort are also great. It would be good to see a rogue vs rav4 vs tucson vs escape vs sportage vs crv review...showing the ride quality, cabin noise, real fuel efficiency....

Joining the bandwagon here... Just got my Rogue SL. Compared to some of the competitors that I tested (RAV4 and CRV), I am surprised to say that the cabin material on the Rogue feels so much better. The ride quality is also so smooth. RAV4 cabin material feels cheap and the ride quality is harsh. The CRV is the best looking among the three. However, looks itself failed to convince me. This is just my personal opinion, though.

What's strange is '22 Outlander has a 2000lbs max towing capacity and the '22 Rogue has 1350lbs max towing capacity.

Mitsubishi likes including a transmission cooler from factory. That's probably where the difference is. Helps with longevity as well. CVTs don't like extra heat. That's why they fail so quick. Chances are the Outlander CVT will last longer.
