They are still illegal but they company or person that owns the car must have licend personel and licenses to use it. If i have it right they have to ask permission from the cops at the time for using it.

Interesting design how the rear window appears to be regular non-ballistic glass to save on weight and allow the servo system to work, with the armoured panneling and ballistic glass panel in the interior.
Its actually a "normal" solution, it saves weight by not armouring the last 1/4 of a vehicle. The same goes in the engine compartment, its not protected either, only the cooler and the batteries will be individually protected.

I’m sorry but Rolls Royce should stick to sedans - dumbest looking thing I have ever seen, especially the suicide doors and the hood ornament. Land Rover, Escalade and Navigator are King in my opinion.
I don't think this car has incredible luxury features. Besides armor, most things can be had in much cheaper cars. Also, the carpet is no longer the ultra thick quality and the leather looks like faux leather. It seems that BMW wants to produce cheap and sell expensive.
So the rich person who buys this car can pretend they are law enforcement with the police lights. What a joke. The only cars that should be permitted to use red and blue flashing lights should be official police vehicles.
