Thanks for watching! If you’re new, hit that subscribe button and stay tuned for tomorrow’s review on the 2022 Nissan Murano S. Unbelievable base model value with a base price under $33k! *CORRECTION:* Since 2019, all Altima’s have came standard with Apple car play and android auto, including this s trim here. It wasn’t listed on the sticker like the rest of the Nissan cars we’ve reviewed on this channel, and the infotainment screen mentions nothing about Apple car play or android auto either so this specific car just needs to be updated, or more likely I made the incorrect assumption haha hope you still enjoy!
Last Year i got a Rental Altima S. At first i was like " yuck" but honestly i was really relaxed in it and i was suprised how comfortable i was. I had a 6 hr drive and it barely even used half a tank..WOW..I had no issue with the power and i only noticed the CVT when i looked at the Tach. Overall its not a bad base model.
I got the 2022 SR AWD on 19s after having a 2018 for 2 years. I was very hard headed and build my own for $36k. Hopefully I can get a SR 2.0, that’s a beast
Me too!!!!!! I love it, thought I was going to hate the s...but I got it in super black. And for the lowski, broski. Surprisingly quick could be faster can't wait to start customizing
Now are the CVT's terrible or is it the way some people drive I bought a 17 base for uber 120k no problems with mine but I changed my cvt fluid every 40k I would buy it again my 17 got totaled
Foreign cars of that type aren't designed to constantly be pushed to their limits, which people often do. Then they neglect basic dealer recommended services expecting the cars to run forever. My only complaints with my 2018 SR, is one, the low resale value compared to its top competitors; two, options are somewhat sparse at that particular trim level. Other than that, it's been a reliable in town and highway cruiser that's comfortable, spacious, fuel efficient. It also looks good, I'm always getting compliments on it.
Crazy seeing this and noticing my 2020 altima s has a larger screen and larger screen on dash as well, trajectory lines and CarPlay but this didn’t. Along with multiple other things like ports in the back pockets behind the seats a type c charger in the front. Why the downgrade from 20-22
I have a 2020 Altima S and for 2022 they no longer have SiriusXM and power drivers seat, Android auto and Apple car play that was standard on my 20? And you have to step up to the higher trim to be able to get what was standard on my trim level? Sorry, no XM would be a deal breaker!
Is there any way I can install Apple CarPlay on this vehicle if I’ve already purchased it? The interest rates I was getting on the SV in this market was ridiculously high so I just went with this.
It’s like they downgraded the car cuz Ik damn the old models like the 2019 till 2021 did not have that small screen in there and the lil screen in the dash
Interesting, I just had one of these as a rental over Christmas/New Year’s (base S trim, with the wheel covers, etc), but it HAD Android Auto (and I assume Apple Car Play, as the two are usually bundled together). Can this be added as an option? Or do the rental companies have access to special configurations or something?
You guys are both right. The s trims come with Apple car play and android auto (at least they’re supposed to) it’s just that this is the first Nissan on this channel that didn’t have it listed as a feature on the window sticker. The screen itself also didn’t show any signs of it being present lol maybe it needs an update, but I think I was just incorrect. Once your phone is plugged in, there should be Apple CarPlay or android auto.
@@occckid123 2017. Prices haven’t charged. MSRP very similar. Not counting the dealers taking advantage of people, charging over MSRP. Which someone is just a Fool Buying. Paying over 20k for an entry level car like this is Loo Loo.
I hate that Nissan downgraded this model. My 2019 S and 2020 S have a power seat, Apple CarPlay/ Android Auto, 7” center screen, and USB C/USB A ports!
