nice match and overall still quite fun metagame in comparison with some past ones that being said - still SO much balancing needs to happen Incineroar/Grimsnarl/Zacian on every other team is really not a sign of a healthy metagame
@@matteovaccari3780 broken pokemon win a lot, and if you think zacian or Kyogre is annoying, you didn't prepare for them enough in the teambuilder. Both of them are incredibly easy to play around
@@nanceskiinanceskii4674 I agree that Groudon is really good, but if sword dog was as easy to counter as you say, it's only due to the opponents you fight, otherwise it wouldn't be such a dominant pick in every season where vgc allows him
@@abrogaming5976 I'm not denying that zacian is broken, I'm just saying that the counterplay is there for anyone to use, when a pokemon is this dominant, everyone is prepared for it, including other zacian players
It's because bdsp lacks a lot of the matchmaking options, as well as lacks a gimmick for competitive play such as megas in oras.. it also just has a more limited pokemon pool.
@@abrogaming5976 i was gonna say that Covid would have played a role as well - they want to showcase Dynamax at world's and Covid had prevented them from doing that until this year (potentially).
@@phaez2oo6 that's also possible, but iirc swsh has been in vgc for 3 years now, and dynamax was allowed in the first years world's, but I'm not possitive
