I found Christian's RU-vid channel when he moved to Yamaha 2 years ago. I subscribed to the channel because he seemed like a good person and has a beautiful family. Until that time I didn't use to watch supercross/motocross because it's not a big sport here where I live in Portugal. So I started watching his videos and watching all the races. I rooted for him last year and unfortunately he had that bad luck but I always saw in him the potential to be a champion and now it finally happened. He completely deserves this title. Anyone who criticizes him for his age or whatever must be either ignorant or simply envious. After everything he went through, he managed to show everyone that with commitment and hard work, you can go far and make your dreams come true. Well done Craig. I hope he stays blue next season.
The dude broke his back years ago and then gave up racing for a couple years and then comes back and shows out. Hes always been a Champion but now it's in the books. Dude is one of the most humble guys in the sport and you picked a good one to be a fan of
@@stephenowens113 I became his fan even before I knew his whole story. After knowing everything, the injuries he had, I gained even more admiration for him.
My son kills the Filming & Edits ! Watching I feel the Passion ! Loving the sport makes a difference ! No sleep for 3 days 4 us to enjoy! I have Memories of Elsinore MX Track Ryan & Craig smashing the 80's scene here in So CAL Craig SO earned His Championship
@@babadagaa8352 22 riders on the gate and half get lapped once or twice during a main. Push out all the talent so Jett and Hunter can lap everyone up to 3rd place. Then we will have to listen to you whining about crappy races and no competition.🤣🤣
Didn't Craig have to miss a few races because of injury too? What was that about the kids that belong there? How many races did the Lawrence brothers have to miss this year? Please. Someone remind me.
That was beautiful to watch. Christian Craig is a family man first, and a racer second. He's come through so much, and he entertained the hell out of us this year with his brilliant riding. What a great champion!
This was so good! Christian has allways been the peoples champ now he’s a supercross champ!🔥.my wife and I ran into mike Craig morning of at Starbucks and my wife and I both had on Craig racing sweatshirts. His dad couldn’t of been more proud. It made my whole weekend meeting and talking to him
@@Brodozer39 it honestly was so cool! Mike walked into Starbucks and I pointed at my sweatshirt and I said does this name sound familiar to you?? he face lit up and he shook my hand. We flew out from California just to see Christian win the championship too.It was a awesome start to the day!
Very deserving champion !! Man if your anyone involved with star Yamaha you must feel so smart and proud of the your success but especially the last two years .. last year both lites supercross titles and first year ever w a 450 team with 3 riders having success with podiums and top5s and and motocross 450 title and almost got the 250 outdoor title too and then this year just so far even with both returning champs injured early still got one of the 250 sx titles with two different team mates getting wins and then ET3 getting the 450 sx title plus dylan showed amazing speed and still ended up with a podium and several top5s even with a little hiccup causing him to miss about half the season but in hindsight gives Dylan and star Yamaha a even better chance than they already would’ve had to get the 450 max title bc Dylan’s had a lot of extra time to prep and he’s the reigning champ plus ET3 having more mx outdoor titles than anyone else that will be on the gate and all the fire power they have for the 250 mx class they could easily win both mx titles .. that’s a lot of bonus checks lmao .. fucking amazing for that team and it’s riders especially.. congrats
LOVE YOU GUYS! HUGE CONGRATS AS A PROFESSIONAL, HUSBAND, FATHER AND SMOOTHEST RIDER ON THE CIRCUIT BY FAR.... #450OUTDOORS and we'll see you at REEDDD BUUDDD Bro 2022 250SX CHAMPION #STARYAMAHARACING
Idk what it is but I very rarely like the track layout at Salt lake.It wasn't bad this year and maybe there just isn't enough room. Either way I was happy seeing Craig get his very deserved championship and looking forward to see him on the 450s with Tomac
I love the fact that he made it back to make the championship of lifetime I went down hard at redbud broke my calar bone on my right shoulder when they had Redbud after the huge down hill they had a a one right rut carving left well I was on my 1996 Yz 250 wide open in 4 th gear pinned and I wanted to hit the left hander and I was going to jump over everyone who was in front of me to grab 2 place out of 40 bikes 2 turns and a huge straight away and had some guy riding with his Jersey cut 3quarter length Jersey on a Honda and that was my last real big crash out of a handful of times when I could of got my way starting as a privateer now I would like to get back and ride I used to ride an ATK 605 on the pro track at Redbud when KTM said to my Buddy Who Is that on the pro track supercrossing that ATK 605 1996 my buddy goes that's my bike he's on and KTM manager or one of the owners KTM goes I can't find any buddy that wants to Ride And Be Sponsored by KTM big bore 4 Strokes my buddy Josh Was Proud that I was doing every jump I turned all the clickers to the right and I tore the foot pegs out of the frame. Good job Christian you are an all out awesome rider .
Where's all the haters from a few months ago who were talking all that trash about Tomac and Craig? Same people saying Deegan will never be champ. What was that you said about Roczen and Lawerence? C'mon guys. Where y'all at?
I love that the Lawrence's and team Honda gave him nothing but respect and never mentioned anything about 'tactics' yet it was made to be this big deal that the brothers were gonna play dirty.. All for the drama 'oooh the adversity' kinda lame and not needed.. IMO
Hahaha Hunter was no competiton when he was on the roll in the beginning of the season. Hunter basicly only won some races because Craig crashed or got taken out. Damn Hunter couldnt even win the last race when Trasher finally got a good start.
Hunter was lucky he didnt get hurt with that big crash on media day. I wasnt saying he's not an awsome rider. Christian is a top rider that's why he won it all. I'm glad he finally put a complete season together.
@@babadagaa8352 like twitch said go have another 30 year old do it until then fuck off with that shit. Him just riding a bike again in general after his injury is impressive let alone winning a title.
So you must not know that he has multiple vertebrae fused n his back, a partially fused wrist, and multiple other surgeries putting him at a clear disadvantage!
