Did this in pieces, from home. Firstly, THANK YOU for doing this!! Second, I recommend music from passing the horses on and any other up-tempo songs from before that point, and maybe leaving out the slower songs with a slower tempo-for me it created a mental let-down/slow-down feeling that made it harder to want to keep going with. Again, thank you very much for creating this-I really like the distance column and the terrain bar.
Thank you for your detailed comment and additional information. Most viewers use their own playlist for the music and earplugs. Because everyone has different music preferences. But I understand your point about slow music. I will no longer use the slow music for running in the future. But you still have to be patient. The next 3 videos have already been produced and uploaded to RU-vid, but have not yet been activated. Have fun with my videos 🙂
Hi Maxim, thanks a lot. I have 129 videos on my running channel and I publish a new video every 14 days. The selection is huge. The only thing to note is that the videos have been appearing without music for over a year. The majority of viewers want it that way. Just turn on your own radio. Best regards Andi

Thank you so much for these videos. I haven't been doing any running for 15 years and today, I ran on my treadmill for 1 hour. Only ran 5 miles because I am slow right now but I'm building my endurance up.

Salü Philipp, jedes System hat seine Vor- und Nachteile. RU-vid ist für die ganze Welt gratis und jeder kann meine Videos nutzen. Für kinomap müssten die Leute ein Abo kaufen. Auch ich um die Strecken hochzuladen, so wie ich das verstanden habe. Jetzt schon beträgt die Arbeit pro Video 10 bis 15 Stunden. Um noch ein System zu füttern dauert es noch länger. Zudem müsste ich noch bezahlen, wo ich jetzt schon keinen Rappen mit den Videos verdiene. Da fehlt mir momentan die (Frei)Zeit...

Hello Mark. That's a good question and not easy to answer: there are hundreds of different treadmills on the market. The most important thing is good quality, running on a cheap machine is no fun. I think treadmills > 2500 usd are usable. I have a Sole F65 and am happy with it. Greetings Andi

This video still not shows that they were running continuously. I can’t believe someone can run for 3 minutes. I still have to stop or brisk walk after 2 mins as a result of 1 year training
Es bueno El video solo Unas observaciones. #1 las personas deben de permanecer CERCA en la pantalla para que uno se sienta parte del grupo #2 ....SI SE hacen las Tomas con las personas Muy adelantadas podria hacer que las personas que Estan haciendo , corriendo con El video se sientan rezagadas y ESO podria ser ,crear UN sentimiento de desanimo para las personas que aun no disfrutan correr o trotar. #3 Seria bueno que las personas que empiezan en El video.... todas lleguen a la meta. . ESO Daria El mensaje de que SI SE puede , UN mensaje positivo. Que sin Duda es lo que SE quiere crear,o enviar con Este tipo de videos.... SI no es posible. Enmendar estos tres puntos antes mencionados. Entonces podrian solo hacer El video del recorrido sin personas Gracias de todos modos.
Hi David, welcome to my channel and thanks for your comment. The main reason for the distance to the front group in this video is that not all people want their conversations to be heard. The reason for dropping back is that I was running my own pace. I was doing a slow run at high altitude. Normally I don't drop back and is the exception with this video. Greetings Andi🙂🇨🇭
All the newer and new videos have no music after the intro, which is 45 seconds. Just watch the newer videos and the problem is solved. From the St. Moritz video I also have a version without music. I have an extra playlist with the name "no music". There you will find a large selection without music. Best regards, Andi🙂🇨🇭
All new videos in my channel have no music anymore. Initially I created the videos without music. Then it annoyed me that my breath and every cough can be heard on the video. So I thought with music is better than the noise of me. But recently there are several people who want the videos without music. Only the sound of nature with my steps (and breath). That's why my new videos are only without music. Look at my playlist 'No Music'. There you will find many videos without music. And every Thursday I upload a new video, without music. And this weekend I will make a new version of the St. Moritz video, also without music. I hope to see you again on my channel🙂
