Some people just like loud and obnoxious without the tuned exhaust sound. Rineharts are probably the best tuned exhaust around, with some of the best baffles in the Industry. Kevin Baxter rated Rineharts as some of the best around for slip ons because of the detail work that goes into their baffles. Nice pipes👍
I had Rhinehart headers and slip-ons. Headers were ok but the 4" slip-ons were not. I took them off and put on my older vanes and Hines turndown slip-ons. They were sweet. Now I have TAB 50 cal. 5". They are the best 👌.
Rinehart's are good if you want to spend over $600.00 for a pair of slip-on mufflers. I spent $350.00 for Cobra neighbor haters. I partially wrapped the bafflers with muffler wrap and gave them a deep throaty sound.
Hi Krauss Compound, liked & subscribed, been running Sharkroad exhaust, just to be heard, almost got side swiped by an SUV, who was texting & eating 😂, I just ordered the same Rinehart slip ons, I felt that I got sound from the Sharkroad, but lost top end response, Happy Holidays, look forward to your content, Aloha, Kenneth 🤙🏽
Sound nice was told by the dealer that as they burn more they will get louder, not know if true but my bike is at the dealer now, picking it up Tuesday with brand new pipes just as yours have 2021 street glide special as yours but mine is black. Not sure which ones to go for was between Vance&Hines or Rhine harts, so decides to go with Rhines. Tnx for the video nice bike.
@@rsmith6389 awesome then is how they said it. Got my bike Yesterday from dealer and i am very pleased with the sound is just what i expected, will continue with the headers for sure. Will post a small video later so you can all see how it sounds.
If you plan on doing motor work I’d look into different pipes. Some sound good but kill performance. Rinehart, Neighbor Haters… sound good but do not produce on the dyno. Just something to think about.
@@sergeant816 I understand. I said F that warranty. Hopefully that class action lawsuit will help those owners that want to actually use our bikes. Tab makes a good performing exhaust, but those 4.5 Zombies are Loud.
@jared gulvas Thanks man. They are rinehart dbx 4.5 slip ons, unfortunately I bought them used I know sounds bad to put used pipes on a brand new bike but my neighbor had them on his cvo for only a couple hundred miles before he decided to go 2-1 exhaust so I lucked out and got the slip ons and the black chrome heat shield for about 1/4 the price of what they were new so I don’t have the link but you can search and find them.
I was fortunate that the rinehart slip ons I bought off a guy who had a CVO and he upgraded to full krome werks exhaust so he just had the heat shields stored he gave me with the slip ons, so I got lucky
@@KraussKompound i recognized the license plate bracket, just came home with a 22' leftover road glide special yesterday from there, im in Pa, 180 miles round trip, traded a 103 street glide
So sorry to hear you got Rineharts. Literally threw mine in the dumpster- Xtreme True Duals and 4” mufflers. The folks in Arden are laughable. Good luck dude. So many better choices especially at the price point.
I just bought a 23 SGS in all black and installed the DBX 45 and am very happy with the sound. They are great for a slip-on and have a deep tone and not tinny like a coffee can. If I want super loud I will take my softail out that has street sweepers and no baffles or a stereo I want to hear.
Hell yea man. The rineharts are good for slip ons if u just want some sound but from what I hear they suck performance wise once I do a cam I’ll probably upgrade to something better but we’ll see
