2022 Subaru Ascent is the Onyx Edition worth buying?

My two favorite things about my ascent is the physical controls for the HVAC and no start stop crap to turn off every time. I hated that in my Forrester. Gas mileage I get around 24 miles per gallon general mixed highway and in town driving. Road trips I can usually manage 26 mpg maybe so I miss that 35 miles per gallon my Forrester used to get, the tank range was great on the highway. The space behind the third row is a little disappointing.

One of the most honest videos. You seem tall. I am 6 foot seven. My father is 6 foot two and my partner is 510. Over the last three months we’ve all switched out from a forester or outback to an Ascent. I have a 2022 Limited, my partner got a gently used 2020 Limited and my father got a gently used 2019 premium. We absolutely love these vehicles people that buy them want them for utility and practicality. I’m really glad your video focused on use of the vehicle and not does it have a touchscreen on every surface, you also gave the most in-depth review of a tall person sitting in all three rows and understanding that the logical person knows they can move the seats back-and-forth in all three rows most of the reviewers make it very dramatic and don’t show that you can move the seats back-and-forth in Crete room, and all the different rows. I was going to buy an onyx, but I really love the limited, and we all vetoed the black rims. Once I ordered mine that started the wave of everyone switching out vehicles look forward to seeing more of your work, sir.
