I picked a 2021 Off-Road 4x4 over the 2021 Trail Edition. The Off-Road was actually cheaper and came with more standard equipment and goodies than the Trail Edition.
Just buy a trd offroad for the same price and you'll get crawl control, bilstein shocks, and led daytime running headlights. If you want a cooler just buy one and strap it to the bed of the truck and you will still have more space than this advertised model.

@@jackk1583 remote start is not something I need, in 30 years of driving never had a car with remote start, mostly cause all my cars have been manuals.
If Tacomas had a V8 engine as an option, I would've bought one already. I don't want a full size truck like a Tundra for overlanding. I want a mid size truck but the V6 is kind of weak especially if you add a lot of weight like bigger tires, roof top tent and a bunch of gear. Make it an option.

Can I get it without trail control is the zr2 trail boss & wrangler the only off road vehicles from factory without trail control (off road drive modes) anymore the only .....

Give me this in a Prime version, and I'd go buy it right now. I drive an Avalon Hybrid, next car will be PHEV at least. I like the RAV4 Prime, but this would be better. The Ford Maverick is close, but not plug-in, nor is it four wheel drive. Man, I'm practically salivating at the idea of a Tacoma Prime Trail.
