2022: Texts from action figure collectors! 

I actually think the stuff I used would work, with a couple coats it turned a brown robe into shimmery purple/blue. Before you try it though, Hiya did make a Robocop 2 specific Robocop and I thought it was bluer, right? If you do try it I would do a couple coats on the bottom of his foot first to make sure it’s the look you want. Good luck!

@@noskillcustoms I know about the Robocop 2 version. It’s still not blue enough though. I was also wondering, did you make an every droid in Attack of the Clones and Revenge of the Sith yet? I’m a big fan of the “every evers” I have an extra R4 droid and I’m trying to see all the R4 droids in the original 6 movies before I decide which one to paint it as. I’d rather paint it as an obscure R4 that may never get a figure.

I definitely gotta get back to the every droid videos! I have a couple other videos in progress that are taking me way longer than I expected, but they’re on the list for sure! I totally understand the goal of customizing something that they’ll never do- I’ve made so many figures only to have Hasbro make them like a year later- pretty frustrating!

@@noskillcustoms speaking of frustrating, I can’t stand all the reused shots and mistakes in the movies. Like characters having something in one shot and then it disappears in the next shot. Or the blue R3 droid being shown twice in A New Hope. Also props being reused without any changes like a bunch of R2-D2s in the X-wings. I wish the props and on screen characters were better organized and identified. Cause if I ever wanted to have ever character in A New Hope for example, I’ll die in uncertainty knowing that I might not have gotten a few characters that were tucked behind trash or something. I’m not sure how I want to organize my collecting y’know? For both cost reasons and uncertainty reasons, I’ll probably never try to get every figure from a movie. Another issue I run into is the motivation to make a diorama. I’ve contemplated on making a Chalmun Cantina but because I don’t have a fully accurate layout of the place, I worry I’ll put a lot of effort into something and get it wrong. Too small, too big, or maybe missing a few things. I hate that we can’t get better looks at the props so that we can get our figures right. I appreciate the help. It bums me out that your channel isn’t bigger. It’s very helpful and inspiring.
