I love the fact they integrated the screen into the dash unlike the current fad of automakers making it look like an afterthought IPAD stuck on top of the dash. I'm looking at the GLC300 or this one.
The backup camera is antiquated. Show me the backup camera and the 360 camera together at the same time… my 2015 Nissan Rogue did that, but a 2022 Volvo still can’t???
Infotainment system is always independent from the driving system, but yes it is really awkward. I experienced infotainment system bugs on many cars and all driving functions such as lane keep assist, acc would still work.
It doesn't show the odometer always right? You can only check the odo by the right side controls of the steering. Is there a way so that it is always displayed?
I've had the 2022 XC 60 Inscription for 10 days now. The voice recognition for the Google phone is eff'n useless. I have to use favorites. Good comment about split screen rear view cameras. The infotainment system is disappointing. Very very comfortable, at least for me. Dash info is done poorly.
When I buy a car, I try to avoid one with a sunroof. It’s an optional feature that I can easily pass. Another feature that I avoid is the air suspension which is a very complicated system with lots of high tech electronics. They cost an arm and a leg to fix when it breaks and it usually costs more money to fix than the residual value of the vehicle.
@@petersmith2040 Yes, you are so smart! I will avoid to buy any new car with sunroof too. The design is defective: when the drain hose is clogged, water will definitely go into the car and cause huge water damage to electronics. Usually, manufacturer will decline warranty to fix it, because the debris is usually leaves and dirt. For my case, what caused the drain hose clogged is a piece of foam. Volvo Canada denied it's related with the car, but I always keep the sunroof closed. So, the foam debris must come from the car. That's why I am fighting Volvo Canada now. I claimed it to CAMVAP and waiting a hearing now. You can google Volvo sunroof leak, many owners suffer the same issue, not only XC60, but all models of Volvo: car suddenly get warnings and find a lot of water in the car, no drip on roof liner found before the problem happened! Stay away from Volvo!
@@BenHardyCars seen some reports of this happening to some users, not a good sign, as I am getting one xc60 for me ins about a month. Let's see if it will be solved by then.
@@scottysvensson Hi Scott I want to buy a Volvos b6 SUV inscription as a retirement present for myself. I’m trying to learn the pros and cons before I put my years of hard earned money down on one. Can I ask you what is a OTA?
I sympathize with him because he’s packing in a lot of information in a short space of time. However, I truly had to play this video at 0.75x speed to make it easier to hear what he was saying.
Does anyone know if the xc60 offers a black wheel package like my current X5 does?? This is one of the vehicles I’m looking at but I love the black package.
It became disappointing with the new XC60 of 2022.10 years later, after the previous xc60 experiences, I gave my head to buy an xc60 again. Huge disappointment. They have stepped back in several solutions compared to the model 10 years ago. This is a RETRO XC60. In the rear wheelchair, the solution of the former Zsigulik is reincarnated in the "renewed" solution. The Android mobile connection is simply smiling, more than a decade behind the world of mobile apps today. It is not possible to connect external music content, which is now freely browsable on the mobile in Volvo with a subscription ... Huge disappointment ...
