I and my 2 business partners have just started up our LLC called (VacationStays) for our new Airbnb Arbitrage business and have been self-educating ourselves for the past 2 months, and we're officially ready to drop everything and take action mid to the end of November! hopefully, we obtain our first lease by then! We are all in the process of moving to Fort Meade to be closer to the Orlando area. I would love to meet with you and pick your brain. We don't have enough capital just yet to actually own but all of us are currently in the 750 credit scores and plan on furnishing and financing our STR rental business using out personal and business credit. I'm just trying to network and connect with as much fellow host as much as possible!

When did you do it? And how did you find the property?

@@demetrio2803 We purchased the home in May of 2022 and were able to renovate and furnish the property within a few weeks having the home live by July 2022. We searched typical real estate websites (Zillow, Redfin, etc.) once we compiled a list of homes we were interested in we contacted a listing agent of one of the homes and he was able to help us pick the perfect home for us.
