He went down battling for 5th and still found a way to come back and make it up an take 5th when he was about 8-9 seconds behind the guy he was battling after he got up. Not a win but a show of skill and his never stop attitude thats backed by an elite level of endurance.
Can't win em all. It's great to see Dax get the win, though! I was stoked for him. In practice and qualifying, he had a few moments where he looked just like Tomac.
@zonic I got my pro card bud, But nice try. I just don't race cause privateers make no money in sx at all. Its a complete waste of time and not worth the risk with my age. that's why motocross racers start so young 😉 I know more about racing and riding then you ever will probably. I grew up in the same town as Jared Steinke rode the same tracks hung out in the pits together you know nothing about me dude lol I live in northern California area where there is 4 mx tracks within 30 miles apart. I used to work there as well and my boss let Mr ride for free everyday. You don't understand the level it takes to be good or where I'm coming from when I see things like this lol. Deegan could of stopped this just by checking up but his eager rookie way to pass and get up front as fast he could bit him in the but once again. He's mentally not ready yet. But he is fast. Fast mean jack when you're constantly on the ground though. Just look at AC career.
Dude I don't want to say that was a surprise but Daxton was smooth as f-ck I think he would of finished in the top 5 in the 250 big show that kid found his calling 🤘🤘🤘P.S . Thanks for the coverage Billy I think this was better than the TV coverage
A few of those kids looked really good. Results really don't show it. I think I am going to have to film all the races now. If i can get the subscribers and views, I'd take that $ and go to more races 👍
Cant imagine the amount of pressure on him but he just needs to work through it. Log the race laps. Stay humble. He looks to be doing that. Will be fun to watch.
I love what he brings to the table. Love him or hate him. He is great for the sport. I just hope he doesn't let any hate bring him down, stays positive, and starts to find a rhythm 👍
@Always5More He gets hate because his dad is a filthy junkie who goes after children. He also gets hate because clowns are trying to sell him as far more than he is. More than 5 seconds slower than the pros.. stop pretending he’s some form of generational talent when he can’t podium against amateurs in his home country.. it’s going to make people say “bullshit”.
I was a “hater” before, I put it in quotes because it was more of I didn’t know the lengths of what the deegans did but I watched Bloodline, the documentary about Brian Deegan and now I’m a lot more curious and kind of rooting for Hayden to really make it in the pros
Way to go Daxton. Awesome ride for the Carolina boy. For the guys posting crap about Deegan, let's all try to remember that he is just a kid that is not even old enough to vote. If you don't like his dad, that's understandable but leave the kid alone with personal attacks.
These kids would never say it to his face. They're cowards who talk shit to make themselves seem like they're smarter or better. It's a mental illness and way too common these days. Poor upbringing and lack of both parents is to blame. Sad, really. It's much easier to be nice, and you feel better about your behavior.
Chillin with Cooksey!! That is badass , DangerBoy going down wasn't good , they had a lot riding on this kid , a ride straight to pro next week might wait another round let's see
This is peak delusion built from blind fandom. If you think this kid is ever beating either Lawrence brother, I implore you to stop smoking crack with his junkie dad.
I was thinking that last night. I'm sure papa has let him know not to fuck with the AMA. He might get away with it. I'd definitely do it no matter what, though.
Junkie Brian already ruined him. You don’t develop by holeshotting to wins on a factory bike against weekend warriors. His developmental years were wasted, you don’t get those back.
it is all about the Race, not looking smooth in practice. I think nerves(as to be expected), got the better of Danger Boy. He got to 5th, which will help in the overall...He needs to wait until next year. He is only 16, and risk/reward..all the best to him, as he will no doubt be a great Pro
Jet got a podium in his first pro race at 16, not hiding in amateurs and failing to podium. Won your national title as a 17yo rookie who had never seen the tracks… Do you understand the level difference between these riders!? Do you understand how much undeserved hype is behind this amateur level mid pack rider?
Americans sure do love to hype things… apparently he’s going to be the best in the world, but can’t beat amateurs in his own country. Rossi won his first WORLD title at 14 against seasoned WORLD champions… this is an enigma and someone you put hype on. Marquez won the world title in his first year of the premier class, after winning the moto3 and moto2 titles effortlessly… this is someone you put hype on. Lawrence won your national title at 17 as a rookie having never seen the tracks… this is someone you put hype on. Jorge Prado dominated the 250 WORLD title and moved up to the 450 WORLD title class young… again, someone you put hype on. Losing at amateur level in your home country is NOT something you put hype on.
So none of the above guys had a bad race BEFORE they became pro . I call 100% complete and utter bullshit . I think it's wise to listen to all the industry insiders and talent evaluators that endlessly praise this kid.
Deegan hasn't won a single Pro race and you guys have already crowned him a multi-time champion. I'd like to see him do well, but if he was the best he would have won.
U are right 👍¡!! Deeg, is the best.I have never seen some one dominate the track the way he did when he was racing Mimi -O's!! To me it looks like his suspension is to tight
@@LilSebastian_ do you have an idea how ridiculous you sound Jett is the best out there and didn’t win last night. It was a 5 minute race you make it a 10 probably a different outcome, he can now line up next week. Less than a year and a half ago he was on an 85.
literally similar to jett lawrence’s crash.. seems like they both didn’t do “so good”. anyways it’s racing and the kid works his ass off he’s gonna crash every now n then she stfu and stop being a little cringy hater just cos he’s good at riding
They were running a works machine and some kid wanted to buy the bike and Yamaha pressured the kid to back off deegans are cheaters not the kid but dad's an asshole good luck haiden.
@@andrewjames5373 100% it was his error, all his fan boys who are blind Freddy will claim it was the other rider taking him out, ive already seen posts all over saying that.
im sure he was nervous and as much as I dont care for him or them.. Haiden will be up front and will win the 250 class..once Jett leaves..he wolnt go pro until Jett leaves
@@SpaceRanger187I think he might actually want to race against jett he knows he might not win but get that experience against someone who’s the best so he knows the speed he needs to match. Hopefully he does anyway so we can see a good battle if he gets to the top.
