Proud of our effort in this game and we've played hard all year, but 2-5 is still 2-5. We just can't find a way to win close ones with this inconsistent offensive line and it unfortuntately will be Pittman's undoing. Milroe had some clutch plays on that last drive to seal it.
Arkansas often gives Bama fits in Tuscaloosa. Nothing is out of reach for Bama but nothing is guaranteed. I hope Pittman can get things turned around for the Hogs. Good luck the rest of the season.
It's been a tough season for Arkansas. It seems to be one heartbreaker after the next, especially the LSU game. The schedule is looking up though on this back half of the season. If they keep giving maximum effort, I think they have a legitimate chance to win out or at least win four out of five to finish .500 and hit bowl eligibility. Good luck!
@@BamaRewind Yea the back end of our schedule is much more forgiving than the first half, thankfully. I'm looking forward a lot to the Bama games with Tennessee and LSU! Should be a couple of great ones.
I was at this game and IMO it really came down to 4 key plays that kept Arkansas in it. No offense to Arkansas fans but it was Bama errors, too. The facemask penalty (because of course at least one would have to be a Tide penalty), a couple of dropped passes, and a Milroe hesitation. I'm not quite so cynical as @BamaRewind ( ;) ) but I think our worst "quarter" was the 2nd half of the 3rd and the first half of the 4th. 9 minutes to go and I was having a panic attack! Still, BDS was amazing, and I'm so glad I got to be there once in my life. Roll Tide!
@@BamaRewind The offensive line, especially center and left tackle, will be this team's undoing if major improvement isn't made. As Cubelic and McElroy said, Bama is going to have to chip on the left side with a RB or TE to help out some.
