Corus International has been responding to the needs of Ukrainian people since February 2022, when Russia invaded Ukraine. With support from generous donors and funders, our organization is operating in areas hardest hit by the war, including in liberated areas. This video describes our ongoing response, which includes programs in health and livelihoods.
Corus is supporting agricultural livelihood recovery by helping families restore their small farms in the Kharkiv region, where significant farmland was destroyed during Russian occupation.
We are providing health and medical care to Ukrainians in areas where there is a critical shortage of medical care because doctors and nurses have fled or have been killed. Our skilled medical team operates out of a state-of-the-art mobile clinic, treating as many patients as possible. We also run a psychological care and counseling center for women and girls in Lozova, Kharkiv.
