All of my current wips (works in progress) in one place. These are pieces I'm carrying into 2023. Thanks for watching! Follow me on Instagram @pamscraftycorner A coffee is lovely & always appreciated ☕ www.buymeacoff...
Hey Pam! I am a new viewer and subscriber as of this video 😊 I have been watching Flosstubes for only a few months and just got back to stitching then (haven't since the early 90's). I almost fell of my chair when I heard you say "Let me just take a sip of my Tims" 😂 I was just putting in a few stitches before heading out to Tims myself. Judging by your accent I don't think we could meet at Tim's for coffee because I am on the West Coast of BC and you just might be around the opposite coast? Excuse me if I am wrong about that! ☺️ Let me know. Your wips are gorgeous and what a fantastic variety. I don't know how you do the full coverage and the tiny stitches. They look pristine. I currently have one wip after finishing something for my daughter, so I get a chuckle out of watching all of these recent wip parades. I am resisting temptation at this point. I am going to watch some of your previous videos. Thank you so much for your time and inspiration! Take good care, Laurel 💖🇨🇦
My goodness, the level and depth of your work is IMPECCABLE! The patterns you choose look so difficult, but your stitching is beautiful! Thank you for sharing!
Pam!!!Love your videos, always have. Just a question about a piece that you charted yourself by Adam Young. Did you somehow finish that one when I wasn't looking? Or is is a UFO?
I still have that one but it's sort of a ufo. Haven't worked on it in a long time . I believe pattern keeper is compatible with pic2pat now so I might see if it will take the chart.
Oh my gosh! I thought I saw a William Morris in your thumbnail! I haven’t stitched in years, then retired and decided to pick up the hobby again. My first project is full coverage Strawberry Thief by William Morris. Pretty ambitious for a first project, haha! It’s a little messy with a few mistakes, but I don’t care. I LOVE Willam Morris designs! They are just gorgeous! Best to you. 😊
This is my first time watching you. Thank you for all your wonderful projects you are working on. I am not a full coverage stitcher. I find them overwhelming. So I will live my wanting to tackle full coverage through you. I will enjoy your journey. Your stitching is so perfect. Beautiful!
Loved seeing all your projects! Love full coverage! Love how you love each one and want to finish each one and put them on your wall, (and you will!) Love your videos!!!❤
Love your WIPS. Thank you for sharing. I have not been cross stitching lately and you may have helped get me 'in the groove' to get back at it. Lots has happened healthwise lately so your beautiful work has inspired me. I don't think I'll have as many wips as you, lol. I would definitely be stressed out. Take care Pam. I'll be watching for your next video.
Sorry to hear you've had health issues. I find my stitching to be quite therapeutic at times. I'm happy to hear you were motivated to pull out your stitching after watching my video. I'm really trying to get my wips down to a more manageable number.
I just found your channel on Flosstube and after seeing only three of your WIP's . . . I subscribed! Your Haed's are awesome and I've enjoyed seeing all of your other projects as well. I do have a question about stitching Pandemic: if you are using a hoop, how do you manage all the excess fabric? I normally stitch larger projects on scroll rods, but Pandemic is to big to fit any that I have. Help!
Thanks for watching and subscribing. I definitely have a love of big projects. I deal with the excess fabric in a couple different ways. If I'm using a q-snap I'll roll the extra fabric up and tuck it into a grime guard. I'll make sure my grime guard is wider then normal so there's enough room. If I'm using a round hoop I'll roll the extra fabric on the side and clip it in place with a couple claw style hair clips. I'll try to remember to show what I mean in my upcoming flosstube video next week.
I also love doing full coverage but they take so long to do ! have been stitching a few smalls nbetween and also some monochrome which goes so much faster using one colour I put some gold inbetween just to break the colour ! I loved doing Jacob's "Birds" and finished it.I just love Elvis glad you showed the finished picture asI was tring to figure out why the small head, now I know, thanks ! Keep Stitching!
Hi Pam. Really enjoyed seeing all your amazing pieces. Elvis is coming along great and I enjoy seeing all your large wips. I hope you dont mind me mentioning but there were five sets of adverts within the body of the video. If you are getting money from them then I will happily watch them but if it is something youtube has put in then not so much. Enjoy your February stitching xxx
The fabric size would change depending on the count of fabric you choose. Mine is on 18 count aida and I've allowed for 3 inches extra per side for framing so my piece of fabric is 31" x 27"
I love your projects, and I look forward to seeing you work on some of them this year. Moose is just adorable. Four Seasons is stunning. It's on my wishlist still. And, the piece on fuchsia pink fabric with black floss is gorgeous. I have a lot of huge wips, too, and they get worked on a little, but this year I'm trying to focus on just 3 to get them done. And, I love to stitch smalls and Christmas ornaments. Sigh...not enough hours in the day. Thank you for showing us your projects. Also love your mystery series!
So, so good to see you again! Your pieces are fantastic but I must say - you certainly like to challenge yourself LOL. Beautiful projects! Hard to say which is my favorite but I'm really fond of that moose, can't wait to see him completed. Not to put the pressure on but will you still do the Coffee/Murder videos - my fav to stitch to. 😊
