Another solid video! super informative series you've got going here. Question for you: I'm (once again) considering my first emtb. I'm in between the '23 Levo SL and '23 SC Heckler SL. In terms of power, they seem to be equal wouldn't you say? Also noticed that Specialized has the '22 Turbo Kenevo SL Comp at a steep discount. Would you say the Kenevo is equal in power as well? Thanks man.

Thank you Milton! Man! Both the heckler and Levo are very close in spec.. very tough decision between these two. For me Likely the Levo SL because of two factors the warranty from spesh is awesome and the possibility of a discount from LBS. the heckler is way too new to offer anything at this point in time. the kenevo sl is a solid bike but it’s just not as good as the new 2nd gen SL motors. If you take the 2nd gen SL motors into full fat group rides you can still hang.. with the 35nm torque on the kenevo sl your gonna be too fast for analog friends and too slow for full powered emtb friends. Regardless of which bike you pick up we definitely need to do an interview! Hope this helps!

Interesting that the owner put a 170 air spring in the fox 36.they are listed to go only up to 160. I had a 36 ebike optimised and Fox told me is only compatible with 160 mm travel max air springs...

Hey there, Fox 36 Ebike contains Fox 34 internals (air spring and damper). Stanchions OD is still 36mm but side walls are thicker thus increasing the stiffness of the fork for Ebike applications. Fox is correct, they don’t make a Fox34 air spring at 170mm. Fox sells a 170mm 36 air spring specifically for this fork. They just don’t sell the fork at 170mm straight from the factory

@@mtbmike9866 thank for the reply! what I don't get : did you have the 36 ebike version or the regular 36 version? I knew the details for the 36 ebike version that is why I was surprised. since there is no 24 170 mm air spring I assumed the 36 170 mm air spring will not fit inside the stanchions of the 36 ebike version

@@uskypg it’s a standard Fox 36. The lighter e-bikes work fine with a standard 36 since they are so close in weight to a regular bike. Full fat E-bikes I would recommend a Ebike 36 or a 38/Zeb if your running 160-180mm
