@@tjbvver231 i have to dubbel check if we really wanna fight on internet about this, but im pritty sure that -11 is -6 to 7 MPO course so yes she would be doing fine ofc not winning. they give 1 extra shot on the longer courses so think she is around -6-7 MPO witch gives most of the MPO field a run for their money. so my statemanet is correct.
@@RonnySnellman It is not just the extra throws. On 5 holes the FPO also plays a shortened version of the course. If she was playing MPO, she would not have even made the finals of this tournament. She would have been eliminated after 3 rounds, as the semi-pro players in MPO are better than her, even when by far the best FPO player is throwing the best tournament of her lifetime. What she is doing truly remarkable, but comparison to MPO is just simply non-factual. It is like claiming that Usain Bolt would give pro cyclists a run for their money when he is on foot and they are on bike.
@@tjbvver231 👋🏼 I'm the female commentator, and I'm also playing on this card. The FPO layout is exactly the same as the MPO layout, although FPO is par 65 and MPO par 62 (extra stroke for par on hole 1, 12 and 18). The short baskets were for the FJ18 division only. It's more common in Europe for MPO and FPO to play the same layout, than it is in the US, however we're starting to move towards course design that takes into account the FPO division. The European Pro Tour and PDGA Euro Tours sometimes had a couple of different holes in tournaments this year (usually either different tee or pin position) which I think is a great idea when the changes can help to increase score separation.
