Unfortunately no, you have to get the tech pack #2 to get the full digital cluster which includes the big screen..

Tech 1 Package for the 24 Active includes the 8in driver Screen and the 13.2 Touch Screen// Tech 2 includes the 12.3 Drivers and the 13.2 Touch Screen!

Yes someone ordered it but did not take delivery. Its been happening quite often recently, if it takes 2-3+ months to get, sometimes people who order back out, change plan, lost job, etc. The car just becomes part of the regular inventory. Thank for watching!

Chevys are worse. Had Equinox fleet cars 2018s-2020s for work, every single one of them (dozen or so) had serious issues. Rather roll the dice on made in America Ford.

It all depends on many factors and different models, I have a 2016 Ford Escape 2.0L with 125k miles, almost trouble free with good regular maintenance. Every manufacture has its good and bad models but as I mentioned, many factors are in play when it comes to true reliability of a vehicle. How its treated, maintained, driven, weather, just to name a few.

My Ford Taurus would say otherwise. Actually, the 2023 Escape has the new MPC engine in it. Thats a good thing, because it's now dual injection.
