Here's a thought. Take that R1.1 million. Buy the Baleno GL. You still have R900 000 left over. Do you realise that's R75 000 a month (or R2 465 a day)? You could fly all over the world, spend a month or so in Thailand, then off to Costa Rica, then stay in London for a week or two, then Vietnam .... and when you return home you still have a car - and some wonderful experiences!
That scenario only works if you buying cash (most sa cars are bought via financing option). No bank Is gonna give you R250k to buy your car and then give u an extra R900k to do as you please
obviously this car is not a budget car so you wouldn't even consider this car when you can think of a Baleno. As Muzi said not everyone is looking for a budget car, this is for people who obviously afford.
I have just bought the 2024 platinum. Always had a ranger. The platinum is such a different driving experience and I can so agree with you. It is amazing and at first, scary until you get used to it. Absolutely love it and would recommend. It's pricey but worth every cent.
You're doing one of the stuff that's close to my heart and you doing it in a very unique way Muzi, mzansi style 🇿🇦 the lingo...just what we've been missing in the automobile review industry 👏🏻 Favourite model in the new Ford (well the Ranger) is thee Raptor 😍💪🏻 never been a fan of the Everest but this one rocks. Nice review man.
Its a law that was introduced a while ago regarding service plans. Its in place so that you can choose where to service your vehicle without losing your warranty and promotes fair competition between service providers.
I love the Everest. I've been in the previous gen and I love how comfortable it is compared to the Fortuner. What I don't like about the Everest is the fact that the Sports doesn't have a sunroof 😮💨... I love the exterior design of the sports coz of the black trims but love the sunroof too. So in a nutshell, I'd get the platinum with the sports touches like the black grill, rims etc. That way I have 2 in one lol
I've been seeing a convoy of these since monday here by the farms on the R40 I believe bekungini along with the press heading to Whiteriver, I must say these are beautiful to see in person a lot of road presence they have! I know for a fact I'll be seeing lots of these in this area
dude I really enjoyed the manner in which u delivered the review, it is refreshing to hear a voice i can relate to whilst presenting all the nity grity bout the vehicle being presented👍👍
the Everest does have the potential to be the benchmark of the adventure SUV segment but there's still cars like the Land Cruiser GR out THERE, which I suggest you should a look at !
2 things i find bizarre on this vehicle is the lack of perforated leather on the steering wheel and the indicators in the headlights seem to be halogen and not led.
Congratulations mate the people channel is doing very well!!😁💪🔐 Personally I would do sport but I love sun roof so would have to take platinum. No service plan doesn’t make sense - do they not trust their car new engines to extent they don’t want to include?🤔😩 Rather then buy a preowned LTD Everest save cash and still enjoy life just slightly less power🤦🏿 We’ll c when we have money 🤣😂
Could you please review the Mazda CX5? I am seriously considering it. Your channel is refreshing mfwethu, kumnandi ukubuka motoring from a perspective you relate to for a change.
