Unfortunately, we are no longer building the 36B5. It has been replaced by the 36F5. Please look on the Forest River website for the floorplan and features. There are some 36B5's in dealer inventory.
Not sure I follow, you mean interior/exterior? If so, then yes. Just like automotive companies, they may carry a design for many years. Model year changes might be minor in nature., better construction, better components, more options, more colors options, etc. Then every 5-7 years, there may be a major retooling (body styling, wood). Tooling can be very expensive and that is why RV and Automotive OEM's, will try to amortize that cost over several model years. Also, changing dramatically every year makes it very difficult on parts stocking and repair times.
