The saddest part of being a metalhead, is there's not many you can share with how epic this band! Being super passionate about all kinds of music and not being able to talk about it, showing a friend and they look at me strange when I try to explain how hard this slaps. It's never ending struggle
It is a real struggle one I understand so we'll it'd be cool if they really give extreme bands a real chance like this. I'll be honest I'm super picky about deathcore but I will never talk bad on Will Ramos's vocals that dude might very well be the best extreme (non clean) vocalist in the whole extreme scene. The best in the scene I'll say though might be the vocalist of Akoma never heard sopranos vocal use so well in metal.

Whoever edited this video together is a genius. The irony of a bunch of folk who sold their souls listening to what is essentially a soundtrack to their eternal resting place. Im sure if this was a real performance they would all be seeing their lives flashing before their eyes
Unfortunately death metal and deathcore has never been nominated for a Grammy before. The heaviest bands ever nominated are LOG, Meshuggah, and Gojira (twice). That's not saying much though because they're hardly what anyone can call death metal. They're about as extreme as the Grammy's will ever get most likely. Who knows though. Maybe Lorna Shore will get the nomination they deserve one day. Their fan base is pretty fuckin huge rt now.
You really put 1000% effort into syncing the absolute perfect individual reactions, to each perfect moment of the song. This is not just throwing a crowd over another clip, you went the extra mile and really made ART right here. I see your efforts, and recognize your dedication. 👍
Agree, real music made by humans are Nor interestimg enough for these shows. The more Computers and over tuned vocies that cant really sing the more show like this They Get. Lets bring back real rock music into to rhe mainstream. So tiered og the same best since late 90’s no matter What genre its all the same. Same shit different wrapping
idk... most people in this higher societies don't respect what extreme metal musicians do. They don't understand it and just a few of them can actually feel the vibe.... I think metal will always be underrated in popculture
@@timvolkihar3480 I disagree, I think with time the internet will allow pockets of music genre to get more exposure and peoples "unique palettes" to accept amazing artists such as Lorna Shore.

There's a reason you don't listen to mainstream music. If its mainstream it'll never be this good because it'll have appeal to a wider audience and thus it gets reduced to the lowest common denominator.
Dude it’s crazy they’ve came a long way. My old band played with them 6 years ago when Tom barber was still their vocalist. Never thought I’d see em performing at the Grammys
I'd love to actually see this group of out of touch individuals actually experience Lorna Shore for the first time. The utter shock and fear would be so refreshing
Actually, I think that a big part of the audience would be able to appreciate the performance ! They won't listen to it on their own, but seeing it live is different
@@gus2550 you're right, I think there is a portion of that crowd that would appreciate the music, but you can't tell me a group of individuals who still vote for Ozzy for best metal performance is going to even be able to comprehend Lorna Shore

If such band as Ghost live performed in the Swedish version of the Grammy's, why not Lorna Shore as well, it would be so amazing to see all that kind of audience absolutely horrified while experiencing their live performance...
If this hypothetical actually happened the audience would already have known what to expect and considering extreme metal is like 40 years old at this point, there would no doubt be some people in the audience digging it.
