This was a real banger of a Bo3. Gumiho is probably my favorite Terran to watch, simply because I love his mech style, but Hero might also be the most interesting Protoss right now, that Zerg-esque GatewayMan style is so cool. I'm definitely gonna lose in some team games with my brothers with that style.
That's a brilliant storm! :D :D :D Is there any other storm?? Oh Protoss, remember the Mothership Core days and Photon Overcharge...with storm...just wow...
Kim Jun-ho's wife also follows Kang Min-soo's wife, so if he fails to earn the prize money, she will be able to demonstrate his potential if he puts cereal and beef on the table for next morning's meal. He is now in the happiness of his newlyweds, and his competition and desperation are diluted
If nothing else, I'm super fucking excited to see Hero next season. Also, Gumiho battled through valiantly. Hero played him like a fiddle for a long time but he fell apart.
Hero built a proxy oracle only to use revelation on a defenseless base. like wtf, he threw threw the game with that. Just activate E on the mineral line bro
Stopped watching a couple years ago because Terran so easily crushed protoss. After getting this far in the tournament and seeing what 4 of the world's best protoss falling out from Terran is triggering my ptsd
Gumiho didn't just snipe the Warp Prism with 4 High Templars, he also destroyed a Disruptor that was randomly rolling toward his army. HerO is a great player, no doubt, but he made several mistakes that cost his game, not just one. I'm glad to see Gumiho go through, though! He's the most fun Terran player to watch. Not at all bothered that Maru or Byun got eliminated, and not that much of a fan of Cure or Bunny. Just want to see more mech.
Hero is the GOD OF STARCRAFT. Champion. Gumiho is 3 classes below him. Too bad that terran is EXTREMLY OP RACE and it's not playable as protoss on pro level.
All I see in comments is protoss salt. Always crying op this op that, so funny how they can't seem to see that mistakes were made during crucial moments.
The fact that Gumiho can win a losing match by just killing a warp prism with 4 HTs shows Protoss is such a gimmicky race and the design of the race is just so flawed.
@@geoffzephyrus9849 exactly. I’ve been telling this to people for the longest time. Protoss can’t make any mistakes while other two races are far more forgiving.
Well there was a correctable mistake there with his building placement. His TA being placed at the 3rd and 4th didn't seem dependable. He did that twice. He did play incredibly though. Really featured great use of Phoenix and storm(before he lost them of course). Yeah he probably would've won if he hadn't lost that prism but everyone is human. Gumiho is no slouch either and this patch is likely to favor players like him.
@@RU-vidCensorsEverything someone should not simply lose by losing a warp prism. That is the problem. Would Terran lose by losing a ghost? Would Zerg lose by losing a viper? The problem is not about who makes less mistakes, it is the fact that Protoss is very unforgiving due to the expensive units are and how the critical units weigh so much in winning/losing situations thus it makes Protoss very gimmicky
@logicking3765 That's also the beauty of the race. It's a style. Being frugal and conservative, knowing when not to be conservative, knowing when you're being too conservative, or not enough is the essence of it yes. Some happen to enjoy that about it. Both zerg and Terran have too much throw away material made throughout a game. The number of marines or zerglings lost just boggles the mind.
