State and Tasteless are starting to develop their own unique brand of co-casting chemistry. It might not be quite the same as the Tasteosis segways and banter, but it is certainly pretty damn informative and entertaining nonetheless. Hooray for GSL!
Yeah I'm sure they'll get it down before long... Tasteosis had how long casting together even before GSL they were friends so just kind of knew each other's style.
I agree too,Tastosis is legendary but if this is what we get instead I'm not mad at all.State is an awesome caster and complements Tasteless a lot,Starcraft in general has so many great casters
State has really grown on me since Artosis left. Love the improvement by him as a caster, and the chemistry with Tasteless has been fantastic this season. Really enjoying it!
I'm a huge fan of Byun (probably second favorite player right behind Maru), but DRG certainly deserves a title shot and is due for one. I hope he does well this season.
Same! Even without a new mech-friendly patch Gumiho has something new to show all the time. Byun had some really interesting decisions with small numbers of SCVs in his series today as well, the repair on the medivac and tank and the proxy two fact cyclone build with repair, sharking around with mini boy pulls on attack and defense. Gonna be a good GSL!
. . . . . . . Astrea fighting like a cinematic fall of Aiur his last game. Really hope he makes a break! It often seems he has the right units but just in slightly wrong positions.
Astrea always look like an amateur playing against DRG. He is relying for DRG to make a mistake. He only win on game 2 because DRG committed so many mistakes (drone not mining, letting lings die to the oracles, attacking the sim city on astrea's second instead of the unprotected nexus). 3rd game, DRG still commited mistakes but he still can't punish DRG. Astrea is not a pushover. He is the best NA protoss player as of now. DRG is like 6th or 7th best Zerg player. I don't really know about this but with the very low standing over terran players, it seems like protoss will be never get the justice it needed even in zvp. I'm a zerg player and even in ladder the only way protoss can win over zerg and terran is just to go 2 base all in. Even pros don't understand why we are having protoss nerfs every patch.
It’s incredible that protoss ever losses. Astrea is ass. Between corny units like oracles, dt’s, disrupters (which can easily put them back into a game), shield batteries overcharge and recall, how the hell do they every loss with such utility. Imagine if maru or dark played protoss
Oh come on; Stats I can understand complaining about - though I think he would have made it through if Nightmare hadn't knocked him out in group B. Nightmare and Astrea, however, I really can't understand since they're just NOT on the level of anyone else in their group - not even close. I love Astrea as much as the next guy, but he was always going to have a really, really hard time against Byun, DRG and Dark. The funny thing about his series against Byun was that timing isn't an uncommon timing, and is something Protoss players KNOW how to deal with; he was caught off guard in game 1 and in game 2 he simply didn't deal with it when he had the chance and it cost him.
@@sandijensterle I mean it's all about what you want. I'd personally vastly prefer Sc2, as far as "Balance", there was like...nearly a decade where Sc1 was hardly touched. It's largely carried by people who grew up playing it, grew up around it.
I dunno how you can say broodwar is thriving lol. ASL videos struggle to get 100k views within a week of their release, meanwhile so does SC2. Starcraft as a brand is dying, and starcraft is probably the largest and most well known competitive RTS. This obviously doesn't take into consideration Chinese or Korean viewership, which is likely much higher.
I wonder if astrea will be ash tray trash tray!? Lol 😂😂😂 lol he's 0/2 at the moment in all gsls hes particapated failing to get out of group stages of the past. can he improve on his record at 0/3 and progress 😂 find out on the next episode of ash tray z KEKW
