Let me just say congrats on getting your rights back. That first gun you can legally own again is the most important one. This is something i would like to see happening more especially people with just possession of what is now legal in so many states.
Hey bro congratulations and what a great gun collection. I’m going through the process of getting my gun rights back here in Arizona and my felony is 20 years old. Haven’t been in any trouble in 20 years and living a law abiding life. Thanks for also giving us the know how on how and what to do to restore gun rights. You been a great help to me and God bless you.
God bless you too. I excited to see you guys get your rights back. Nothing feel better than peace of mind and a piece of steel will give you that peace of mind. Your deserve the right to protect you family, your home and your property. I’m glad I could help buy putting out these small videos. Peace and may God bless you as well.
So happy to see you get your rights back! I've always believed that even though you made a mistake, you served your time and that one mistake should never keep you from owning firearms ever again! P.S. Do you own any AKs?
You've inspired me bro to work on getting my gun rights back! You right about that...RU-vid don't pay the bills. I still gotta work too!!! I have a federal conviction from 2012. Based upon the state that I live in (Oklahoma), I would have to get a presidential pardon to do so. I did a Google Search this evening and found an attorney (Michael Risley) here in Oklahoma that specializes in pardons and expungements. I haven't retained him yet. However, I'll post an update on his fees and my experience with him if I hire him to represent me. Again bro, thanks for what you are doing!
Look at my newest video one of the cases I covered there was from a federal felon. Nether one of them got pardoned even though they lived in pardon only states. They both won in federal courts one district level and the other circuit. I expect them to both make it to the supreme court eventually.
Congratulations on getting your rights restored. To be honest its something that should happen automatically when released from prison since you've 'paid your debt'. I hope that you run into some extra cash and continue to buy and enjoy your rights and guns.
Oh yeah much more to come. I’m waiting on my Cz-p07 to get here so I can review it, I’ll be posting a review on my Cz-sp01 soon. Much more to come I can’t wait to add more guns to my collection.
True both are lighter than my current carry it’s 33.28oz. I like hammer fire guns and from what I understand the P07 has more aftermarket support, that’s what makes me lean towards it.
@@Rightsrestored556 I’ve only put 50rds through it, but its only been 30 days since I got it if that. I’ve been focusing on the P01 as of late. Added the TFX Pro’s and LOK grips. Man I’m telling you them LOK grips is a game changer. The P07 got that Omega trigger so I’m excited to spend more time with her.
@@ResplendentRaider I can wait to see what I can do with the omega trigger on it. That’s the only thing I’m gonna then I’m gonna add more accessories to my AR.
@@Rightsrestored556 yeah I wish my P01 came stock with the Omega trigger like the P07 (actually didn’t even know until after I bought it so that was a nice bonus😎). Yeah I gotta Colt M4 carbine that is still stock. I keep saying I’m going to upgrade some things on it just havent yet lol.
My felony still shows up and if can get delayed but the gun stores I go to are down to earth. I’ve heard of gun stores not selling to felons but that’s because they just don’t want to sell nothing to do with the law. I haven’t had any problems they know we well enough now.
Wow that’s cool I never thought about putting oil inside, on my last range trip I forgot to put bring oil for a friend who had dry guns, that’s a great idea and I’m putting some oil in my range bag rn.
Hey man. Did you use an attorney or did you petition the court yourself? I'm interested in the process you went through, if you had any changes to your record or if it stayed the same but with rights restored? Really, any information would be greatly appreciated. Also, congratulations on getting your rights restored and your life on track.
@@Rightsrestored556 I carry a Springfield xde, a Bersa p9cc, and sometimes a Taurus 856 revolver in it…And I too was a felon and got my gun rights back!!!
How long did you wait after getting your rights restored before you bought a gun? Also I would like to know if you were denied or delayed the first time. I had my rights restored in CA a year ago and I still haven’t tried to buy one yet. Kinda nervous about it idk why.
Thanks I appreciate that. I hope to post more content soon and improve on my videos. Any suggestions? What would you like to see me do on this channel?
