feel the same about these rims. they just give me the creeps, looks like a thing that has many swirling eyes you would find in a Cthulhu story or the Bloodborne game. But gladly they might change it in the future.

Mentioned there wasnt much internal front storage...but failed to press the button that opens the storage area in the centre console or cover the door bins and glove box.
Little bit weird at the back, should have made it a rear wheel drive. Not enough cup holders, hope they had a wireless phone charger. Otherwise like the retro style.
Most Chinese EVs (except for XPENG G9) do NOT do that TESLA bang your head against the seat thing. Even the fast ones are software tuned to be gradual for the safety and comfort of passengers. They are not Silicon Valley Sadist Bastards. Just think of about it, TESLA started an arms-race of mad launch, passenger jolters and there is not one grab handle in any TESLA. The Chinese have also decided that with a rare super priced exception no one needs a Performance version to be faster than 0-to-100 in 3.8 seconds and driving around town mode is more like 6 or 7 seconds.
dont forget this is the design work of an european design master. would do justice mentioning him. the retro style language of this series starts with his work. the story should begin there. otherwise it feel abrupt and whimsical. it's not.
Really looks like a car that existed before 2010. The taillights are Bentley-like, with a Panamera roof line, front is a Beetle and the side is kinda just out of place. A car to get your worst enemy. 😂🤦♂

It is, GWM (or Great Wall Motors) is a Chinese brand, and all of their cars sold in Australia are assembled in China, although the company does have manufacturing in other countries, including Thailand.

Style takes a long time to build, but I don't think that's why the rest of the world hasn't been able to build their own car brands, it's not a shame when you have the ability to build one of your own, but the style seems to be much harder to build, and you need to hire or borrow from great car brands and designs.
