This is one of my all time favorite channels to look at. Wood Jr., G Cue, Traveling Tall, and a “very few” others included. Not to say anything negative about anyone else. But I just love you guys channels. spiritual, knowledgeable, educational, etc. Keep up the excellent work. BTW, I just purchased the 2023 Indian pursuit, dark horse w/ premium package and I concur with everything you said. God Bless!
Thank you very much! Thank you for watching and hopefully you’re subscribed to my RU-vid channel!👍🏾😊 ru-vid.com I’m happy that my channel has been helpful to you! That makes all the time and effort that I put into this so worthwhile! Congratulations on your Pursuit! I hope you’re showing it who the Boss is!👍🏾😁
@@BeTheBossOfYourMotorcycle Thanks. Appreciate it. Oh yeah. I'm a subscriber of your channel. Also, Misty (my Pursuit / mistress) knows who the real Boss is. My Wife. LOL. Hahahahahahhaa. No seriously. Yes. She (Pursuit) knows that I'm in full control at all times. Thanks Again! Blessings.
This is AWESOME, finally someone not beating up on one manufacturer over another. I personally ride the big Indians, but that new CVO Road Glide is just Gorgeous! Competition is a good thing and now you sir get to enjoy the benefits! Love the channel, your attitude, and passion for training the right way to enjoy two wheels.
Robert, thanks so much for your insight with these different bikes. I’m sure that it gives people who either have a bike or are looking to buy a bike. I had to give up riding and watching and others gives me joy. I have touring and bobber style bikes and your so right, it is so hard to pick a favorite because I’m never in the same mood every day. I was hurt while serving my country and after five back surgeries and six knee surgeries I’m lucky to be walking around. So thanks again for your time as a man in blue and the time you take teaching new and old riders your skills. God bless brother!
nwdomain 1 second ago I want to thank you for your service. I just got out of the hospital and physical therapy and learning to walk again. My occupational therapy goal is to get my leg over my goldwing to ride from the Pacific Northwest to meet you. I am 72 years young. Thank you! I am watching all your back videos
Robert, I remember when you first bought your 2019 CVO. At the time, you really didn't know much about the Harley brand, let alone what a CVO was. What a difference a few years make! Great video as always, and keep it loaded!
You’re videos are so informative, I’m 55 about to retire in 8months, I’ve always road sport bikes, now I want a bagger to roll these highways. Road glide CVO ST 2024. Thx man
It’s my pleasure. 😊 Thank you for watching and hopefully you’re subscribed to my RU-vid channel!👍🏾😊 ru-vid.com I’m happy that my channel has been helpful to you! That makes all the time and effort that I put into this so worthwhile!
Great video I love your explanation on how they all have their strengths and weaknesses. You certainly have a nice collection. Thank you for the video and all you do for the community.
Good stuff. At one point I had 3 bikes in my garage, a Springfield, a Wide Glide and a Road Master. Enjoyed all 3 for what they were. Let 2 go and kept the Road Master because that's what I preferred.
totally agree with the statement of putting on the tourpack and its still not a limited. you hit the nail on the head.... shocks, lowers etc. all make a difference
Blessings from the Motor City, thank you for this video because you gave a objective outlook from experience and ownership. And I love your channel and your videos. Every time I ride my 2020 Road Glide Special I go to a parking lot to practice some u turns and slow speed maneuvers. Please let me know when you are going to be in the Detroit area. Peace n Love.

Another great video. Thank you Big Rob. I have a 2019 CVO Limited, 2018 HD Softail Deluxe, and a 2012 Honda Goldwing. So many people ask why do you have 3 bikes and you can only ride one at a time, but as you stated each one of them have something different to offer. Another good point you made is tomorrow is not promised to you.
Another quality video Lt. Absolutely agree on not knowing if you’re gonna be around to wait on a bike. I had a buddy tell me that he was waiting until retirement to get into riding motorcycles. I never understood that, but he told me he didn’t want to hurt himself in off duty hobbies. We were both active LE at the time. There is no guarantee for tomorrow. Buy the bike. BTW, happily retired for the last three years. 28 years LEO. Safe riding.
Nice video friend! I love the Indian Challenger and rode 14k on mine. I now own the real King of the Baggers, a BMW K1600B! Just bad to the bone in every way!
I am riding a trike for yhe last few years. I love the Road Glide plus the Pursuit. Both are great and did a comparison well love your presentation for sure. Thank you
You're a big guy so it doesn't matter as much but I'm 5'7". I hear the Pursuit is pretty top heavy compared to the Harleys. Slow speed parking lot maneuvers would probably rule it out for me.
I wish Harley had the adjustable suspension like Indian. I don't mind experimenting with the adjustments on the Harley, but it takes work that most riders won't do....so the common perception of the suspension will be based on the factory setting....which isn't ideal for most riders.
No bashing is why I stuck around. One thing is true about these motorcycles, they are American made and just love them both. I own a 21 Indian Roadmaster and also live in south Ga.
Thank you for watching and hopefully you’re subscribed to my RU-vid channel!👍🏾😊 ru-vid.com If you’re in South Georgia, we have to get you to a Practice Session.
One of the best videos you’ve put out, and definitely the best comparison I’ve seen. I’ve ridden both, that new CVO is a big step forward. I was in awe of the difference in wheelbase looking at Gladiator vs Violet. Maybe a new trend of bigger bikes (but lighter)? Not sure which I like better between the CVO and Pursuit, I’m wary on the hot leg comments, I don’t like that with what I have now. Keep ‘em coming sir! Blessings…
I respect your attitude. Each of the motorcycles is excellent in its own way, and each makes you happy. I’ve owned Harley Davidsons, Victorys, BMWs, Hondas and others. Liked all of them. The BMW K1600 and the Honda Goldwing DCT have electronic suspension and windshield adjustment, something I really like.
Gotta love that GA/FL weather! Baking you like a cake in an oven one minute, storming the next only to cool you down for a minute, and then the humidity kicks in with a vengeance. I love that Indian the most of any of the bikes you have.
Excellent review. You have the same view of what bike is “best” as I do. I have an Indian Pursuit, a BMW RT, Ducati SSD and a ‘73 Norton. Each one has things I love about it. If it has two wheels and an engine I’ll probably like it. Generally my favorite bike is the one I’m on.
I watched the part where you turn and back those bikes in a dozen times. I practice the things I see in your videos but I swear you've figured out how to defy gravity lol
I love how you rate the bikes where you give differences and leave it up to the person to decide. I find too many channels focus on the performance specs and then ignore the things that you deal with when you ride a lot. I know it doesn't pertain for these bikes but for example how often do the valves need checked. The one thing you might consider is on the bikes with a tour pack putting your wife on the back with you sitting on the bike so we an see the room and leg positions for the passenger and how close they are to the rider. How does your wife rate the passenger comfort between the bikes?
Thanks. Thank you for watching and hopefully you’re subscribed to my RU-vid channel!👍🏾😊 ru-vid.com She likes the smoothness of the Pursuit, but overall she prefers the CVO Limited.
Just in time as I'm thinking of upgrading from FLHR. Just not a fan of fairings. Yet! I have used the windshield in cold weather, but being under 5'8" I like to see more of my front wheel. Love your channel.

One thing the community is complaining about is the need to use Siri via Bluetooth. It’d be nice to know the workaround/hack to have music/navigation w/o Siri knowing all your business.
I don’t think anyone has a tube for the new pursuit, I have older Indian and the tune changes the throttle response greatly. Much easier to ride at slow speeds!
I own a 2016 Chieftain and Indian didn’t have a heel toe shifter stock on it. I had to add it. Small thing but it should be standard especially on their premium bike. There should be an obvious distinction between top of the line and their other bikes.
Excellent video !!!! Thanks for keeping it real on both brands. As I've said before, you are a most fortunate individual, as you are the envy of most of the motorcycle world (& even most youtubers) as you are not getting loaners/demo models, you actually own your bikes & that lets you do what you want to them to make them yours/more comfortable.

Great video. I test drove the 2023 cvo road glide, 2023 cvo limited road glide and the Indian pursuit at sturgis and in my opinion because I ride a 2015 ultra limited. The road glide is worth every penny and I can’t wait for the next step for that bike. I hope they do the cvo limited in both cuz it’s only going to get better. It’s unbelievable how smooth and fast that bike is. It’s still haunting me and I’m hoping I can wait for the limited.
Hey LT, you referenced the BMW K1600. Although I enjoy the look and sound of my 2021 Road-glide, I take my BMW k1600 Exclusive on the long rides. It’s came loaded. Adjustable suspension, headed front, rear, seats and grips. Electronic adjustable windshield, well anyway. My point is, the bike came ready. My HD, not so much. It’s cool, but I don’t take it on the road because the factory suspension is uncomfortable. My wife falls asleep when we’re on the BMW long distances. Lol! When I feel the slight helmet to helmet head but, I know she’s gone. 😂
Congratulations for putting these three giants together and doing an analysis like this. I have a Road Master and I believe an Ultra is a more appropriate macht.
Hi love your work watching from Australia, if I could attend one of your classes I would. Very time I turn or stop my Harley I can hear your instructions ringing in my ears. With the Pursuit and your right leg getting hot this is the catalytic converter generating the heat and this is why a lot of owners delete it. I am hoping you add a stage 2 (Indian) cam to the Pursuit, Indian have been criticised for being too conservative with their cams whoever I think this should be so as to not reduce reliability or the life of the engines. thanks Ken
Pop star Pink and hubby Carey Hart are on the Goldcoast Australia at the moment , and they where riding Indians around the beaches , but in the News they said they where riding Harleys , free advertising for Harley
I love what you've done to Violet . next year If they don't have ugly colors , I might just get my first Harley. My dad would be happy if he was still around. though I sweared to him NEVER a HArley as I spent years helping him with his. Still love my first love the Honda VTX 1800 r3. but like I said all the lights you did I will be copying you on. I trust your opinion, so I have to ask , how much lighter does missy feel in low speed parking lot versus Violet with the bat wing. When I fist got my permit I spent several months reading the 100 safety rules from a web site I can NOT find anymore it used to be msn or something like it in the name and that web site saved my life on several occasions , and one of the many exercises I did when i got the VTX was low speed turns and uturns , and they were just like you do it. I almost lost it on a curve from the 605 freeway onto the 5 freeway here in Los Angeles. last thing is THANK YOU . for any feedback you have for us about the Shark nose versus the Batwing
Thank you very much! Thank you for watching and hopefully you’re subscribed to my RU-vid channel!👍🏾😊 ru-vid.com I’m happy that my channel has been helpful to you! That makes all the time and effort that I put into this so worthwhile! Misty is much lighter than Violet. My first motorcycle was a Honda VTX 1800.
Nice comparison. I agree with you and attention to detail for a top of the line bike means a lot. For the top of the line to give standard products it makes me think that they took a standard bike and dressed it up their way. As for the sound system c'mon man just go to Jerome Ave in the Bronx and get hooked up with a sweet sound system, lol.
Man you are dropping some serious content. Great job man. My vote is for the road glide. But then again I am biased. I have ridden the other two. I own a 21 road glide limited. Can't wait to see the cvo limited 😮
Thanks! Thank you for watching and hopefully you’re subscribed to my RU-vid channel!👍🏾😊 ru-vid.com Sure it could be, but not for everyone. I’d say not for most.
Great video Rob ! I agree , clothing attire matching bike color and not clashing does factor into the equation😊. Ride safe ride often and keep motovlogging!! Glen
Great review! I knew the Indian had a plush ride. Thanks for confirming that. I wish Harley would copy Indians suspension since I'm not moving away from Harley.
Another great and informative video Rob! But, I wanna hear the girls beef(lol) especially Valiant and Angel since they had to endure all of that rain outside. (Man! They are pissed)
I probably never own any of these bikes but it was worth drooling over them. Thanks for doing a great review. My next bike is going to be a ultra limited or the pursuit. Not sure which yet. Im gonna take my wife with me to test ride them both and decide which one she likes. I’ve test ridden both bikes and I like both so I’m gonna need a second opinion.
I love your channel bro and keep doing what your doing . You don’t do long distance riding but you have nothing but RV’s with two wheels built for that reason 🤣. Sorry had to poke cuz you got rid of that beautiful breakout . You have enough baggers . I would have traded in one of the touring bikes in for the new CVO and kept the breakout . I love touring bikes but I have a custom built 2020 breakout and I want a touring bike to have with it to tour with the wife so I have best of both worlds but I still love all your bikes
I traded my F6B for a 23 Pursuit Dark Horse. Other than the stock seat being a quitter, it’s a fantastic ride. Once I find a good seat, I’m hoping to make it a 15-20k a year machine.
Excellent work really appreciate the great information on the differences between the bikes keep it coming please🫡. I have the 2022 INDIAN PURSUIT DARKHORSE PREMIUM and absolutely loving very moment riding it.
Awesome review. I appreciate your honesty and in depth info. What made you buy a Challenger ? I own an 04 Softail Standard which I love, but my next bike will be the Challenger. Tech, power, comfort, suspension...huge price point difference ( CVO vs Challenger Limited) and I don't typically go for what everyone else does. #standout
Thank you very much! Thank you for watching and hopefully you’re subscribed to my RU-vid channel!👍🏾😊 ru-vid.com I didn’t get a Challenger. I got the Pursuit.
You definitely want regret getting the Challenger Limited. I have the 2023 Limited Spirit blue metallic….I love it❤️ I left Harley for the Challenger. So much more for your money☑️

I agree that an electrically adjustable windshield is a good thing. I replaced my 2012 Honda Goldwing (no electrically adjustable windshield) with the 2021 Honda Goldwing Tour and love the adjustable windshield.
@@BeTheBossOfYourMotorcycle The thing I really don't like about my 2021 Honda Goldwing Tour is the seat. After a couple hundred miles it is a pain in the butt. I need to buy a Corbin seat with the back rest.
