Did the same thing to my 18' and for what ever reason the idle went up to 9-1100rpm. So I took the dump tube's that they bypass the 02 back in to the crank case. I got 3/8 fuel line & a brass T fitting drilled a 5/17 hole on the bottom of the oval filter. Into a catch filter. Now the condensation does not go back into the engine, and the idle corrected itself. 🤘😎 Love my FatBoy. Good luck.

It does void the warranty. Does not hurt the bike. You could buy a set of stock exhaust to switch them to when you take it in, you can get some for $150ish-it also depends on how your dealer is, and you can always ask them?

Just do it anyway. Then install some Thunder Torque Inserts from DK Customs. It'll quiet it down a bit while deepening the tone, AND will restore the low end and mid range torque lost due to reversion caused by running open pipes.

Bought the skull, shifter linkage from Amazon comes,with nice heims, and the foot shifter, , all bulet aluminum , 19 bucks, for linkage 27 bucks for, bullit foot shifter,, way better than 150 bucks from Harley ,
