2023 Honda HR-V Review: a versatile hybrid crossover! 

Did a test drive in this and loved it. Got one coming in October. The whole nonsense around the noise of the engine is bollocks. It’s like any car when you put your foot down. If you want your car to make no noise when accelerating aggressively buy a fully electric car….

Test driven was great town and b roads. Better than Lexus UX for me. Stays in EV and has a quick punch . Yes it will rev on demand, then calms down. If you do lots of motor way it may not be for you. Positives, comfort, steering, EV modes. Reliability. All depends what you want out of a motor. The simple lay out and physical buttons, dials are a plus with standard equip

A family member who bought one of these cars now regrets doing so, engine revs it's head off (noise very bad) on slight incline, mpg lowest 43-53mpg average. I am now cancelling my order after waiting 9 months not as good as drive as people make out. Also normal motorway driving revs it's head off even when battery is full it does not switch over to EV

I got the car a week ago and love it. Why does everyone keep saying the motor is "loud"? A diesel motor is MUCH louder. I love the car!!!!!!!

Hard to understand why Honda released such a good car with such a noisy engine under load. Every review comments on it, along with many owners!

and when you press the accelerator of any car, what noise happens?? you look like a fool 🤣🤣🤣
