Here it is! Full Breakdown of the Hoyt VTM series! The VTM is a solid Compound Bow! I honestly tried to figure out what I didn't like about the VTM and I couldn't come up with too many reasons why not to like it.

VTM 34 .. all day everyday👍 Coming from a older Mathews Creed model which was ATA 30 it was fast and wanted to take takeoff after every draw. Let off was Nonexistent. Upgraded to VTM34..blown away! Adjustability between draw lengths and weight awesome! and let off 80/85% was a game changer. ❤️ my HOYT

Just got my vtm 34set up. After one shim adjustment perfect bullet hole. All I can say is wow!! I’m blown away with this bow. Coming from a V3 31.

Im 5’8 28 1/2 inch draw & id chose the shorter axle because spot & stalk plus hunting in the woods makes it easier to move around with

I just picked up a vtm 34 . I’m 6ft with 29.5 drawlength. Haven’t fully set it up yet. Threw a whisker biscuit on it and just shooting into a bag at 10 yds. No peep yet. Really smooth and no hand shock at all. So far so good!

great review! Personally I shot both along with the Mathews as well. I'm 6'1 29" DL and I thought for sure I would like the VTM34 better but after shooting them all I left with the VTM31. It just had a smoother draw imo and felt like a better size. Although it was pretty close to the same size as my previous bow so maybe that was the difference. When I do get a new bow probably a few years from now I'd like to try a longer ATA again and see how it feels. There's gonna have to be some really big improvements though to get me to change bows because this VTM31 is really that good.

Excellent review as always. I personally like the speed on the shorter ATA bow, however I choose the longer bow. Personally the fit is better for me when it comes to draw length and string angle. Sacrifice speed for a more forgiven bow. I am primarily a whitetail hunter mainly late season, thats why i picked the carbon bow, and i have no problems with it in the tree stand, as for blind you definitely need a bigger one.

Im considering the vtm after your vtm vs ss34 video, but i have a 31.5" DL. I know i could squeeze a little more out of my d-loop but would changing the style of release also make a difference in draw length? Ive been considering a back tension release which isnt really "adjustable"...

Wish you would talk about the valley. Is it short or long? How does the vtm 34 compare with alpha 33? On a 70 pound bow does it feel like you are pulling 70 pounds? My draw length is 27.5 and I love 34 inch axle bow with short valley

Tree stand hunter in Ohio. Still hunting in the Allegheny mountains in Pennsylvania. Although I like to target shoot out to 60 yards. 27.5 inch draw length
