Not bad for a big v6 suv, but I was kinda expecting more like 27-29. Both the Telluride and Palisade get around that on the highway and are also big 3 row N/A V6 suvs.

25 mpg (matches EPA estimate) on Eco drive mode on the highway is not good. It could be that the normal mode mpg is worse than the EPA (which I think is based on normal mode). Or the Eco mode does not impact fuel saving on highway.

DM, Winter blend gasoline will surely be a factor in mpg as well.

Yeah, I’ve been thinking about that recently. Is there any way we can factor that out? Without just moving to California?

@@DailyMotor The most rational approach would be to check with a couple of oil companies/refiners to see if they have studies/documentation. The Auto Engineering Sector /SAE may have some data. I can tell you one thing, winter blend sure smells different 😉

maybe the last QX60 on smaller wheels? one would think colder climate helps with fuel economy because boost builds up easier as there's more oxygen in the air thus less effort to get going, idk I'm just a random internet video commenter

It's probably unlikely :/ not many dealers would be cool with us putting 100 miles on their used car. But if we can find an owner of one near us, I will do it!
