Hello Jermey. Sorry to ask this question related to ICL surgery in this video. I have been following your videos about ICL surgery. I have a question on post surgery impact. Do you think we can do weight training normally after the healing period of ICL surgery? Please do let me know it would be a big support

I’m glad my videos have helped. I’m planning to do another video after I get to 12 months after surgery. My doctor advised I limit physical activity for the first 30 days, after that I was allowed to go back to normal, including lifting heavy objects or working out.

I have a 2023 ionic five limited and the home link box I don’t see a connector for your front windshield Garmin. Can you help me with that?
