KTM is famous all around the world for its naked and adventure bikes. But in the field of sports bikes, KTM doesn't have a strong presence. RC 390 RC 200 and RC 125 are small-engine capacity sports bike that is popular in a few countries.
In the segment of supersport bikes, KTM had tried their luck with the RC 8 back in 2008. But it didn't go well.
Now KTM is again trying to make an impression in the sport bike world with its track-only RC 8 and the upcoming road-legal RC 8 in the near future.
