I bought this exact CX5 two weeks ago and we love it. It looks great!! And, drives great!! It is not like anything else on the hiway. We wanted a SUV that would stand out in the crowd and we got it with the CX5. We looked at the CR-V and bought the CX5 on the day we looked at it. It was so much quieter and the hydraulic transmission sold us. The turbo allows you to move very fast when you need to. We love everything about the CX5. Our daughter has a new RAV4 and had she looked at the Mazda CX5 would have bought it. If you are on the fence about the CX5 don't be, you can't go wrong!!

Kinda weird how they left out the front drl since it is an upgraded trim over the preferred. I'd get this but will end up with premium because of the lights. Also wish the cx5 had a panoramic moonroof. Seems a bit outdated they're still using tiny sun/moonroof

I just got mine three weeks ago also. Are you noticing a stiff ride. Wonder if it could be the 19 inch wheels.

@@nutt1957 just got mine a week ago and yes definitely a bit stiffer than my friends 2020 touring model with the smaller rims. Nothing crazy but there is a difference in certain situations.

How do you like the car so far? Im thinking buying this car but my question is , i live in NYC where the roads are horrible, meaning tons of pot holes and patch work. I have a Genesis , with low profile 19' tires now, which i feel every road bump and dislike. What is your thoughts on rough roads with the mazda? Thanks

@@Zenlife1132 Definitely let me know, I’m on the fence with the CX-5 Carbon edition and the Subaru Crosstrek Limited… I actually ordered the subaru already (no deposit needed), but there are a few of the CX-5s in stock right now so I might need to go on a test drive this weekend 😅

You need to buy them as a accessory there is however places online that you can get them significantly cheaper for I don’t however, believe the aftermarket ones have the ability to be updated however, there are 10% of the price

Tubo signature model does have navigation and it's about 8 more grand, this carbon edition model doesn't navigation.

Not a fan of DRL that are the main projector headlights. Other than that, Mazda is killing it, & builds better ICE vehicles than either Toyota or Honda these days.

It doesn't have a power liftgate nor Bose sound system. You'll get $600 off for it. However, the aftermarket power liftgate alone is worth more than $600.

@@trentirvin2008 Due to the chip shortage, it's not possible to order Bose at the moment. You would have to step up to a higher trim CX-5 to get Bose.

Alex why do ppl keep talking about no fog lights I have a 2023 Mazda cx5 turbo Alex like you said it really is bright enough I like them better then my 2021cx5 gt I had

@@stanleybridgewater2893 In SoCal, fog lights are pretty much useless since we rarely get bad weather here. But I would understand if someone lives in a town with bad weather where fog lights would make sense. However like you mentioned, the MAZDA LED lighting system is bright enough to where fog lights aren't necessary.

I agree the headlights are excellent normally factory five lights don’t make that big of a difference anyway the only thing I would consider doing would be adding a set of PIAA, yellow fog, lights in the grill opening if I was going to do anything yellow find a way to make a huge difference in inclement weather
