On April 30, 2023, at the ArcBest Performing Arts Center in Fort Smith, Arkansas, Mackenzie Scott was crowned MISS ARKANSAS TEEN USA 2023. The pageant is produced and conducted by Vanbros and Associates Inc. under license with The Miss Universe Organization.
