I think Lauralie looked insane. I loved her look. She’s always been bottom dominant. That’s nothing new. I just don’t think it was her time yet…. I’m also curious as to them saying she was too big, she was ( based on what she said but I could be wrong) HEAVIER at last years Arnold then she was at this years Olympia. Plus she’s also one of the TALLEST girls on the stage! She also has that X factor. She stands out. Your eye is drawn to her. And she’s such a positive ambassador for the sport!

I think Ashley looked at the least 2nd...she and Jennifer was so close. Lauralie is a stallion! She probably needs her own category, Bikini Plus. LOL

@@geminierica4077the top wellness competitors are not that big, though. Everyone else is chasing size, but Fran & Isa, in comparison, have smaller quads/hamstrings & are not mass monsters

@@PR_23 Don't forget Jessica Pap! Where was she? She is petite compared to Lauralie and Phoebe. There is a video where all three were training legs. But LIke Taylor Learmont 2nd place Ms. Fitness, who had a lot of hidden power behind her 103 lb self. Her routine was flawless. Even Oksana gave her kudos. Great[ Olympia overall.

Ashley looks amazing, but her posing needs a lot of work. Her routine is very choppy and quite awkward to watch. Since we’re splitting hairs, I think it would make a big difference for her!

Lauralie is a stellar athlete and person. She looks beyond fantastic. Her biggest foe right now is Aldo. I know he is not calling all the shots but he comes across so f@cking cocky. Why they changed so much from Arnold? Weight & posing completely changed. Adam you have said so many times her glutes are too big and the weight she gains off season and hard and heavy lifting leads to too much muscle. Aldo either needs to check his attitude or she needs to move on to someone else.

What does aldo's attitude have to do with lauralie not listening to the judge's advice from the arnold? Lauralie is a grown woman. She takes accountability for her actions. Not sure what YOUR problem is. Neither aldo nor lauralie owe you anything. Aldo doesn't have to do anything. Who the bleep are you?

They all looked amazing! Jen’s and Ash’s shapes were so similar this year. Jen’s legs are just more round. I would love to see how Ash looks after incorporating pause squats 💚

Adam, you mentioned a few times that muscle is hard to lose. Interested in you talking more about that. Muscle is such an expensive tissue for the body to maintain that i think of it as being the easiest tissue to lose - curious if you have had a different experience with it! Or maybe you meant that it's mentally hard for athletes like LL to stop training so hard in pursuit of muscle loss.

I saw James A comment on the shape of Ashley's bikini bottoms being slightly more squared off than some competitors. Do you feel this had any impact? Also do you think Ashlyn L's bikini top may be causing her to look slightly top heavy from being a bit too large?

Meh with LL its politics atp. She really brought a STUNNING Package. I respect Adam but i think her past and her current BF is bringing her down. She looked literally so close to the Arnold package. I think they want her to clean up her image before she can be the Ms. Bikini ambassador they want. I respect Coach Adams opinion and LOVE that he does these break downs. But she looks nearly identical. Man im going to the Optometrist cause i need my eyes checked!!!

I think lauralie said on her podcast she was 133 lbs. I wonder if aime looked “smaller” because she was standing next to lauralie. All of them look incredible, congrats to all. At this level is just picking the tiniest details.. Ashley gets much better every year, I do think she needs a little more flow in her posing I do think is hurting her when she stands next to the other two ladies because she looked incredible (balance, glutes, conditioning, etc)

I do think that maybe Aimee looked small because she was next to LL however Sandy said she put Aimee next to Isa for comparison as they have similar structures. What for sure hurt her was that she did her routine after LL and LL killed her posing routine ... no one touched her in that department.

I’ve watched Aldo’s training on Utube. . . I think he copies the trainer Carol Vas’ style, who trains girls hard for big glutes and legs. If she wants to win the Olympia she should listen to her coach Kim Oddo. I’m surprised Kim allows her to put on so much muscle.

I think it's LL choice to train so hard not Aldo's. The reason: on a Road to Olympia 2022 vid of hers there is a brief interaction where Aldo seems to be telling her not to go so hard and LL sort of snaps at him and continues to do her workout. There is also another moment from the same vid time period where she is working hard and says "don't tell Kim."

I totally get it and accept the Olympias current standards it just doesnt fit what i consider ideal. Laurali to me would constitute the ideal bikini physique. But its fine ive become more of a fan of foreign leagues and foreign aesthetics.

Is there any chance you’d talk about steroid usage in bikini? I’m new to the sport and I’m starting to realize bikini athletes use steroids, call me naive, I didn’t think they did. It would be really helpful to know what to expect going into the sport, usage, safety etc. It seems like other divisions are more open in talking about it, would love more info on that aspect of the sport, thank you!

Lauralie looked amazing but not conforming to the bikini criteria. Her ex coach said she always changes something last minute and she obviously trains hard. She said on her podcast that she finds it hard to pull back but needs to respect the category going forward if she’s going to be competitive. Regardless I respect all the top bikini athletes. This sport is fascinating.

They got it tight Jen clearly the best, Maureen a bit softer than Jen, and for third place Ash is the best out of the too lean girls with a quirk in her stage presence. Laura Lee I think should have been 5th and Isa 4th

I believe that Lauralie wants it so bad that she takes the judges' feedback very literal. They told her (I believe) she was too lean in 2022 so she came back too full...literally. lauralie always looks amazing to me though. She literally is body goals. She is beyond smoking. She is sizzling 🔥 but I understand that is not what they want for bikini. God willing, next year, I believe she will nail it.

After the Arnolds the judges literally told her not to change anything, but she just can't stop chasing size. It's not just too full, it's too much muscle especially glutes

Lauralie is amazing , but she really messed up her off season ( and so did phoebe ) Lauralie spent her entire off season so blasé and saying her health and her blood tests results were her priority 😂 come on . Of course you’d sacrifice your health to be stage ready ! That goes it with the sport . She put on so much weight and Phoebe did too . But phoebe is humble and not as cocky as Lauralie . I think her coach let her down and she let herself down .

So Maureen was slightly off! Wow! This is wild. It’s amazing this sport. When Lauralie is 100% on she will win a show. Here’s to her being 100% on at an Olympia! Her posing was stunning. Ariana was really cool to witness! Yes, They love Ashley leaner. It’s wild how everyone is “liked” differently in terms of conditioning. This sport continues to blow my mind! And I love love love Maureen’s mindset! She’s forever a Ms Olympia winner!
