I love this calendar. I’ve been doing daily’s openings on my channel all month. Gained me 20 new subs too which felt nice.

I feel like this will be an amazing product for kids as they will be able to add something new to their collection every single day. The items inside have a wide variety and will be fun to open up. Also it feels so wrong for you to open up the whole advent calendar like that and also in September...... 😂

I definitely agree - something new to open every day would be super fun as a kid. I also agree with your last point LOL. It felt wrong to cruise right through it, but I wanted to have a chance to show everyone what it's all about 😅😅

I think the calendar is cool but I think for what you get the price point is a bit high, especially since the fun packs can't have hits. If they were more like the old dollar packs that could contain hits then this might be worth it, but I think I'll just pick up the stamped promos I like and the coins from ebay or something 😂

I love the idea of an advent calendar, wish that they had replaced the fun-packs with something else, or at least made it possible to get hits from those packs. But I agree, even if there isnt a black-star icon on the bottom of the corner, these cards definitely count as promos.

I can definitely agree! Even for kids, the fun packs can be a bit underwhelming. Or even change the ratio of actual booster packs to fun packs.

I expected more from the calender. It feels like disapointing. If it had an exclusive christmas card of Gardevoir, that would be something else.

I think it’s a cute calendar but I wouldn’t personally buy it. If it had both alolan vulpix v and v star i might get it just bc those are playable but still a cute product

When I pulled the Alolan Vulpix V out of there I was really hoping the VSTAR would follow! Would've been cool to have had them both as the snowflake promo!

If only Pokemon introduced more unique fun packs with snow flakes on, different backs similar to world championship boxes do & sealed single cards not just stamped but exclusive to these boxes & not printed before!Just imagine their collectabilty! Perhaps include a couple of Japanese packs too to make these calendar boxes totally special.

50 bucks is kind of high but I'll definitely grab one for the stamped promos I'm a big promo guy. Also the fun packs I know they'll probably never be worth anything but I like grading sealed obscure and different types of packs like that you don't see everyday

although the holo pattern looks cool, this calendar is such a disappointment compared to last year. Last year's had a Pikachu exclusive to the calendar, a card you could only get in Japanese prior to it. This year there are no exclusives. Also, last year they had 6 booster packs, 6 fun packs. this year its 5 and 7, respectively

Those are actually really good points that I hadn't considered at the time... you're totally right! Last years certainly had more value. The lack of a calendar exclusive promo is what bummed me out the most I think.

I think that for the price i would rather buy another thing... maybe buy it after Christmas in a sale or something like that would be better. Thanks for the video and showing what you would get. I am just starting to collect cards and looking at what you would get is very informative.
