The old horse at 6:21 has an ill- fitting bit. It is in pain. Please ask the owner to check the bit and try a less severe one. The horse is in pain and is raising his head in an attempt to lessen the pain the rider is causing by pulling on the reins so much.
That horse at around 1:40 was in pain. The riders said he wondered what made her act like that. Please have him check his saddle, girth, bridle, BIT, hooves, everything. She was sweating excessively and honestly looked like she was ready to collapse. She should have been taken out of the ride and given fresh water. Horses are not machines. Take care of that thin horse.
Horses ARE machines ! They are not human and should not be treated as such ! I'm joking ( of course ) .... But you're wrong as that horse is fine and in great condition
Don't feel bad Boss .. I was in this city ( moved here in my twenties ) for ten years before I was aware of the "Trail Ride Culture" that was here... LOL
@@GALLEN-vf7uyit was the part when u was talking to a gentleman with a white hat on the horse was brown with a white mane and tail if u figure it out I would love to know what breed it is
@@1111spiritualone Stop being concerned about things that don't concern you.. Use that 20% stuff on things that YOU own. What others do with THEIR property quite frankly isn't your concern
Those poor horses. All you guys are doing. Pulling on their mouths with strong bits in. Going over the 20% rule you can obviously see these horses are in distress I’m sorry this is horse abuse.
@@olertanan4230A 1,000 lb horse shouldn't carry more than 200 lbs including tack, blankets and saddle. Depending on the type of saddle which can weigh up to 50 lbs. Which means the person can't weigh more than 150 lbs. Which half the women weigh that much easily. Most of the men weigh 200 lbs and some weigh way over 200 lbs. Also big doesn't have anything to do with a horses anatomy when you have 200 lbs continuously pounding on vertebra that has no support with people leaning backwards adding to the pressure and pain along with the pain of the rider riding the bit which is harsh. If you think those horses are sweaty because their hot, no. It's the stress and pain. Get on your hands and knees and have a 50 lb kid get on your back and have it rapid bounce on your back while you crawl carrying it. Take a spoon and put it in your mouth and push up. Now take all that pain you felt for a few seconds and triple it cause a horses nerve endings are more sensitive than yours. Now add hours of that torture and you'll partially know what those horses are going through cause I haven't covered their hooves and knees, etc. These people have no clue about horses or how to properly ride a horse.
