It's funny that you mention journaling because that is precisely what I'm doing at the moment, while I'm listening to you. 2023 has been quite a year and for the first time in my life I prioritized my mental health. I prioritized my well being (and ironically I end the year with a cold). I started exercising regularly, I joined the official school of language (French, B1), I met up with friends that I made online decades ago and it was like found family, I had ups and downs... I "met" you and fell in love with your channel and with that special bond you have with your sister.... so please, 2024 be kind to us, brave women, all women in the world, we went through a lot and here we are, standing on our two feet and looking to the future with hope. Hi Karen! My current therapist gave me a written exercise similar to journaling, but using a structured plan. The goal is to visualize, as an image, what I’ve been feeling. She says that if you visualize, you understand better. Thanks for the tips!! 🙏

Happy NewYear Karen! Loved this more personal reflection on life! I do the letter writing as well. When I read my letter this year all but 2 things came true! For the new year I do an a practice called Morning alignment that was taught to me by Dr. Morgan Anderson in her ESL course that I did and highly recommend xx

Very interesting video!
