They do have some rental condos. Other than that they have townhomes/villas that may fit what you are looking for. Would you be interested in a townhome?
Cool concept but false reality. Nocatee is very clicky and divisive. Either your with the Georgia crew that day drinks at the pool and let their kids run wild or you are team Jersey trash where they run stop signs and complain how they miss Mozelli’s pizza… no diversity and minorities are ignored. We moved out in less than a year. Don’t believe the hype
@@LIVINGINSTAUGUSTINE thanks for your reply. Moved back to Tampa/St. Pete area. Nocatee didn’t treat us too kind. Most people were very polite. But at events we felt like outcasts. Great place but a definite lack of diversity. Thank you once again and great videos!
