This is the perfect overall truck for me. For everyday hard work, for family trips, for fun, even to show off, and with the lots of cameras parking on tight spots ain’t no longer an issue.
I’ve got the same truck, same year with every upgrade option you can get with the high country. Super nice truck. Tows like a beast. The Duramax is restricted @90mph. I’ve got 19k miles and my check engine light has come on and off several times. The 120v outlets aren’t powerful enough to run a single cup coffee k cup maker. The tow mirrors sense guard rails and activate an orange light on the mirror which is annoying. I’ve towed with Cummings and powerstrokes, I gotta say this Duramax is the nicest riding and powerful truck I’ve ever owned. Your review is spot on bud🇺🇸
You commented about ride quality being a little bumpy. Don't forget, it is designed to carry a lot of weight on the back. Put a ton of sand or bricks on the back and you'll get a better or different ride. That would also change the steering and braking. The diesel engine would prefer to be working under pressure (actually having a heavy trailer or weight on tray). Nict vehicle. Be nice to drive it here in New Zealand in right hand drive form.
