Very helpful. Any thoughts on rotating seats? This manufacturer seems to have a nice one. Other rotating seat options you might suggest, assuming you think it's a good thing?

With the way the seat sits lower in the kayak I’m not sure how much of an advantage it would be.

The set screw for the drive is weird makes the process annoying..

Absolutely. It slows down the whole process and it never stays tight

How you keep the water out from the front hatch by the transponder area?

The lid is relatively water tight and I’ve got the transducer hole mount sealed up with some foam I shoved in there

How did you build your trailer

I took 2x4s and stacked 2 of them then mounted them directly to the trailer and then mounted 3” pvc directly on top of that to fit the channels of the hull perfect!
