Hey, thanks for showing us all of this. I accidentally watched the LE version not knowing things were different for the SE. I noticed the miles to empty was 340 and it was a full tank. Is there any way of resetting the range? I'm only just now on my 3rd tank of gas and my tank is full but it says just over 300 miles to empty? I heard you say I may have to go through a few tanks in order to get an accurate range reading?

Hi Brian, thank you so much for this demo. I've just purchased a Camry (non-hybrid like your's) and I was trying to figure out all these icons. Unfortunately, TOYOTA's owner manual doesn't have a quick reference section (at least here in Australia) so your video was incredibly helpful. Much appreciated.
@@brianruperti Just one question Brian. Can I navigate the Multi-information Display without starting the engine? Mine is a 2020-model Camry Sport (Australian model) with keyless push button start. I believe its the SE model as sold in the United States.
One more feature nobody knows about it: Press and hold the audio button and turn the car key on then off three times and back on and voila the car in a service mode will show menus on the radio screen😂
Excellent video, thanks so much. I just bought a 2024 XLE Camry Hybrid. On my old Camry, I was able to scroll between songs and albums as well as fast forward from controls that were on the steering wheel. On my new car, I see buttons for volume and selecting next or previous tracks. Are there other things that I can do from the steering wheel like changing albums? Again, thanks for the helpful video.
So I have a 2024 Camry SE, and the honks when I lock and unlock are annoying, is there any way to turn those off with maybe some kind of key button combo? Any help would be nice.
@@brianruperti it does have the Karr alarm system yeah, I’ve seen some other say that might be what it is. I’m sure i could take it into the dealership and have them turn it off though
I am struggling to find the difference in the SE upgrade AWD vs FWD other than the drive train and from what I am seeing the FWD version doesn't have the same dash digital screen that the AWD gets.

What are the the little pedal like things on the back side of the steering wheel? #2 can I turn on the extra guide of you will on the rear camera? I only have two blue lines. In a rental that I had it had two yellow guide lines that moved as the car did and beeped when you got close to the wall or whatever
You’re welcome. Those are your paddle shifters. They shift gears when in manual shift mode. You’ll only have yellow moving lines on cars equipped with dynamic camera.

Informative tutorial! Is it possible to turn off the anti theft on the 2024 Camry XLE. The dealer told me the passenger airbag display flashes because it’s connected to anti theft and cannot be turned off. Do you agree?
Launch makes a bidirectional scan tool specifically for Toyota that'll allow you to change certain settings in the car. It'll let you turn off the annoying beeping when the seatbelt is not engaged so it may allow you to turn off the flashing light. Only issue is, the device has not yet received the update for the 2024 models. It's also great because if something should ever go wrong with the car, the scanner will allow you to see what is wrong instead of blindly trusting your local mechanic.
I recommend getting a microfiber towel, ripping the tag off, soaking it in warm water, ringing it out pretty good but leaving it slightly damp, and gently rubbing down the interior. Works perfect every time 😎
My dad has a 2021 Toyota Camry hybrid. His MID displays maps while he drives . He prefers this. Every time he goes in for service they change it and he has to ask them to set it up again. This last service visit they did not know how to restore the map view on the MID. Can you provide any assistance? Thank you.
Yes, simply use the right or left arrow on the steering wheel to select the navigation menu, which looks like a little compass symbol. This will allow the maps in MID.
Thank you very much for your prompt reply. My dad just went to Toyota again yesterday and they had no idea. I’m going to forward response now and see if this will work. I’ll let you know.
Update: My dad called the Toyota Dealership again and asked them to help restore the maps view in the MID. Unfortunately the gentleman he spoke to was insistent that the map cannot be displayed on the MID. I will try to get over to his house this weekend and see if I have any luck.
Hello, just spent some time in my dad’s car this morning and we did not have any luck getting the MID to display maps. I am hopeful the dealership has luck.
Why they made this camry so different? I just rented one 2023 and that one had the park brake to push with the left foot🦶 has a key just like yours but I saw another video that has the push button to start
I’m renting this car now and when I park it does not have the beeping alert when it approaches walls or objects, either front or rear… is there a way to turn it on or is that an extra package that the rental company did not add on…? Thank you

It's weird all the 2023 Corolla's get an updated 8" wireless carplay/AA entertainment system but the higher priced 2023 Camry's still have old wired carplay/AA system and smaller 7" display. Does the upgrade 9" audio system have wireless carplay/AA ??
