Are you still liking it? Happy with your purchase? I'm supposed to buy one this week,. I'm upset there's no push start, no heated seats and it would have looked even better with fog lights... but it met my budget right now, especially with the crazy high rates and the shortage of vehicles......

I have a 2022 SE AWD, I highly recommend it. I also recommend snow tires, the stock tires in the snow are great at grabbing the road on slippery hills but stopping isn’t fun when it’s snowy lol. I would take this any day over a garbage Subaru with a CVT transmission. (My previous car)

@@Jacob1986 I completely agree, but this is all about compliance not what the public wants. These psycho paths tell us that we need to fix the environment while they parade on huge yachts and drive massive SUV and limousines. Americans want v6 and v8 model to tow ect. I hate the redesign in general. It looked like a Lexus a few years ago and now they are going backwards. It is looking more and more from the 90s. I wish they would just keep what's popular and redesign everything most people don't like. So that it gets better and better. Instead of some good things and some bad things.

Only extra I added was a tablet holder, and since the car will be kept garaged during the cold winter didn't think it would need a block heater, otherwise would have added that as well. Hope it doesn't take too long to be delivered. Actually, that's a good question - how long does a factory order take?

That is true, you must not sit in a lot of Camry's. All the trims are available in 2023 as they were in 2022. There has not been any significant changes other than paint color and SE Nightshade new look. I am not sure where you obtained your information. Like a Salesperson, you talk a bunch of baloney in attempt to sell what is on your Invoice. In the 2024 year, Toyota is discontinuing several things, not in 2023. The best 2023 model on a budget is the XLE AWD, if you need a stiffer smooth ride get the XSE AWD, if you require great acceleration and speed get the XLE V6 or top of the line trim XSE V6. If you are single, want an imitation sport like car get the TRD with a V6. I am not a fan of Hybrid models. The 3.5L V6 can go 0 to 60 mph in 5.7 seconds as the 2.5L i-4 is 7.3 seconds both have a governor capping top speed at 135mph. Ground clearance is 5.7-inches which is rather low since 6.3 or 6.7 would have been more practical. No manual transmission offers or options which is a bummer. I have a new 2023 Camry XSE V6 as of Dec. 2022 that would have looked even more kool/awesome with some of the TRD body parts such as side skirt, front bumper spoiler, blacked out emblem/logos, rear diffuser. May get a small modification as to get Fog Lamps.

Same on the rav4. And the 2 tone seats are Ugly AF! They keep doing that every year. I will wait for the redesign in a few years. Once I get a new car, I use it for 20+years so I want to like everything about it. I won't settle. Especially since they also keep raising the price!

You think toyota just discontinues engines for no reason? The government calls the shots. Every company will be dropping v6s in the next couple of years unless they pay unreasonable fees to produce and sell them. Besides, I have a 2020 camry with the 2.5l. It has over 200 hp. I've had it loaded right down and never had an issue overtaking cars or climbing steep hills. The 8 speed does a beautiful job of keeping the engine in the perfect spot at all times. Btw, who the heck chooses a sedan to load 4 people, all their stuff and a what I'm assuming a loaded ski rack to floor past cars up mountains ? Sounds like a YOU problem rather than a toyota one...
@MogulFarmer
@MogulFarmer 2 года назад
@@joeotto775 The dumbest comment ever. You’ve clearly never been on Eisenhower, Vail, Berthed, McClure, Lizard Head, or Monarch Pass in the winter. At 10,000 + feet of elevation that 4 banger will lose 30% of its power. Weekend skiers are loaded 4 to a car with a gear bag each, boots, and 4 sets of skis or boards. Lots of drivers own sedans and they install 4 Blizak snow tires. With AWD, the added weight and low center of gravity sedans are safer on black ice and frozen snow than any truck or suv. Audis, Subies, Mercs, BMW’s, even AWD Chrysler 300’s and Taurus leave big top heavy vehicles behind. The rest I won’t bother with because you just don’t know anything about winter travel in Colorado and what people drive and how some people use their cars.
