@@al3x14 i need help man, I currently have around 3k in the bank which i know is super low. Do i still have a chance to get one? This is my dream car, base or premium (whatever). What you think i can do? Thanks if you reply 🙏🏽
just got my gr86 premium last week and I can definitely say its worth it 100% every little detail makes the experience of driving the car amazing every time I get in it.
Nice, very informative. 👍 I wish you included the anniversary edition too. I wonder if the wheels are lighter 🤔 i wish the duckbill was matching the orange as well
I own a 2017 of this car and I love it, I want the new gen, I'm tempted to go for the Premium, I have a base 2017 so I have the 17 inch wheels, no spoiler, fabric seats, and I mainly just want the nicer interior bits and the 18 inch wheels and spoiler.
The base is better if you're going to put on seat covers, get new wheels, and/or swap out the headlights. The premium is definitely the way to go if you plan on keeping everything stock. Me personally, I always use seat covers in all of my cars. I also plan on throwing on new wheels (enkei rpf1) and I'm going to swap out the headlights.
I got the base with a LOT of extras including the exhaust whereas if I get the premium with just the floormat, it will amount to almost the same price so I just went with the base 😂 Just get what shows up on your lot or else you'll wait forever since they don't take orders.
@@anyapot01 nah I feel you fasho fasho. I do want the base. I , personally don’t care for the features. May sound silly. But affordable wise, the base seems a good fit.
@@payrollrio my subaru got the premium's features especially butt warmers 😂 so no point in getting those again and not drive the car come winter time 🤷♀️
The GTS interior is much nicer. Don't factor-in the stereo to your decision; the difference is not something you will notice in this car. The Michelin tyres on the GTS are excellent. Performance is the same for both cars. If you are planning on new wheels and lots of mods, buy the base model. I modded my GTS anyway, but out of the box it needs no real improvements. There's plenty of cool after-market bits available for aesthetics and performance and more stuff emerging. You can buy the ducktail spoiler and install it yourself (I had to because I'm not in the US - only in the US do you get the ducktail on the GTS). Anyway, whichever one you get, the car is excellent and you will love it.
Well if you are going to lease or finance the car... say for 5 years.. i then that 2600 dollars comes out to less than 50 bucks a month...maybe even less as some of that cost is added to the balloon at the end of the lease... i think at 2600 this premium trim is pretty much a no-brainer. its not even close to say bmw that needs about 10k in options to get a well equipped car. upgraded audio alone costs about what this premium trim costs in those cars...
The base trim is slightly faster due to less weight and smaller wheels, I've tested both trims the auto base models top speed was 134 the auto premium went 133mph
@@demonslayerproductions true 😂it comes down to money really. The extras you get with the premium are worth the extra cash but it adds weight so I'll just wack a super charger in and that will solve the performance issues - (dreaming 💤 I can't even afford to buy a go kart 😭)
