I changed it every 5k with full synthetic only and a high quality filter. When I did it myself I used Mobil 1 for both, when the dealer did it who knows, but they told me it was Toyotas full synthetic and oil filter. When I did it myself there’s also a larger oil filter you can buy that’s for Toyotas forklifts, at least double the capacity and screws right, exact same fit on the bring side, just double the length canister, so that’s what I’d use and obviously add a little extra oil to make sure it’s still at the right level on the dipstick.
