Leased a 2023 Platinum.. 4 cylinder turbo is extremely powerful with the turbo… Toyota got us right as usual.. the platinum trim with the Carmel interior is Lexus quality
My Toyota’s transmission went out at approx 68000 miles, toyota denied warranty claim because it went over their 60k power train warranty, why do Nissan, Hyundai and other major car companies have a 100k warranty and Toyota is only 60k. Very disappointing
i have the 2023 XLE and i took it to the snow high mountain and it didn't disappoint me, you will feel the power in a longer drive the turbo helps alot for the car
my first Toyota highlander 2023 xle and I have zero Issues with it , I drive it professionally in the black car service industry and have zero issues car drives like a dream
@@lovemyfamily8807 because knowing toyota lately, theyve badly screwed up their redesigns and new vehicles. Take the bz4x. It was a complete disaster The sequoia was also a catastrophe as was the tundra and the new crown I just know Toyota will screw this up and watch Honda Hyundai Kia laugh at Toyota
How could it be if the MPG is almost the same as the V6 but the emissions is much less? If the fuel of the MPG is the same that means it's basically using the same much gas and if you are burning the same amount of gas how do you have much less emissions? Sounds similar to the emissions scandal that Volkswagen had a few years ago. By reducing to a 4 cyl don't fool anyone that their is less emissions
It’s good for a family of 4 (5 max) we have two kids and we like to fold the 3rd row (my 6 year old prefers the 3rd row over the captain seats) I don’t see this being a comfortable ride for a family with more than 3 kids.
The third row is the perfect size for a child of this age but when he is 16-17 years old it will be a different story there are 3 seats in the 3rd row yet it is impossible for three adults to sit comfortably and even for children it's limited good as an option there remains the 2024 Toyota Grand Highlander which offers more room in the back.
Good luck with the turbo. I would advise any potential buyers to drive a '22 and feel/hear the difference. 4C turbo on this frame is just gross compared to the legendary V6. I will drive my 2022 XLE into the ground. This is a "they don't make em like they used to" moment. Get a V6 Highlander.
@toyotausa I love the Toyota Highlander Hybrid since it’s remodeled design from 2020. I have booked the 2023 Toyota Highlander Hybrid XLE since two months, and I have been told that I will have to wait for upto 1 year to get my car delivered. Also there are no available XLE at dealers. Any update on faster turnaround times? #cantwaitanylonger! ❤️
Hi, Arjav! We are excited for you to get behind the wheel of your new Highlander Hybrid! Please know that all sales and preference orders are handled at the dealer level. Our suggestion is to continue working with your Toyota dealer, specifically the Sales Manager, so they can contact you once they have a status update available. We hear your frustrations regarding the waiting time, and have documented your feedback. Please know we are working hard to grow our supply of new Toyota vehicles as quickly as possible.
I don’t think they really answered your question, Arjav. But anyway, @toyotausa, we joined the waiting list for a 2022 Highlander Platinum at our local dealership 14 months ago! The wait is almost over, we are told our 2023! will be here in the next week! So excited! Watching the videos on this channel in the meantime. And today we saw the announcement of the Grand Highlander for 2024. We plan to ask our dealer how soon we can put down a deposit for that one.
i bought one a few weeks ago.Ilike it but.Id like to see a two row version.Im still waiting for my second key no idea when theyll send that.I left the key on to open the rear hatch .I heard the radio playing in the house.I couldnt turn it off with the phone app.I dont like the fact that auto start will disappear with out a subscription. My android phone wont connect so I can use google maps on the screen. The pros are Im 6'2 roomy enough for me.I like the width.I like the cruise radar system.Pretty peppy.Happy with the mileage.I didnt get the hybred because I plan to tow a boat with it and the towing capacity is higher on the non hybred. The heater a/c controls are simple.I love knobs over digital screen.I dont plan on using the rear seat.I would like to have an option of eliminating the rear seat and have more storage..The captains seats in the middle arm rests are narrow and not comfortable.Id opt for a bench seat with a center arm rest which will allow the seat to fold flat with out the gap between the seats.i understand the captains for access to the rear seats but I wonder how many use the rear seats.
Oh wow so great 👍 and very beautiful 😻❤️ and the engine 🚂🚒 very strong and powerful for the off 🛣️ road 💪🛣️ or high way and very good design with the new 🆕 technology for the new 🆕 generation hument and very easy to drive and comfortable with the safety 🦺❤.
i own it . unfortunately i am disappointed with 2023 model .. the lower front bumper detaching while driving that is causing injuries and sensor cables e easily wear and dealers charging too much money to repairing ..

Time to go all in on electric BEV vehicles. PHEVs and ICE vehicles are old polluting technology. BEV sales are growing and ICE vehicle sales are declining.
