2023 Toyota Rav4 Prime Lane Tracing Assist is almost like Full self Driving. After Driving over 5500 miles and testing Safety Sense 2.5, We found that you can bypass the LTA reminder and turn your RAV4 Prime into a FSD (sorta) car. Total trip was over 5500 miles (with great MPG, check out the other video) I only "drove" around 500 miles.

I wonder if this would work with some kind of a soft clamp or other smaller object to put pressure on the steering wheel. Presumable it's just a pressure sensor since tapping the steering wheel with your finger seems to work as well.

I don’t believe it is a pressure sensor. From what I’ve seen it’s a left and right sensor. The water bottle provides weight and makes it think someone is slightly pulling down on that side.

I use an 8 oz. water bottle that works on TSS 2.0. I never drive 22 mph over the speed limit.

My 21 Venza has a tough time with super sharp ish curves and it drifts out the lane. Does this do the same?

When you say super sharp I imagine that means pretty sharp on the interstate. Ours doesn’t really do that. It handles pretty well. The only main issue we have is exits off the interstate. It wants to exit if there isn’t a line.

It does fantastic. When we took it from Colorado to New York and back, it did great in stop and go. Definitely have to make sure the sensors are sorta clean for the best results. But overall for not full self driving, 9/10
