This is the 2023 update on what rackets, strings and tensions professional women singles badminton players use during their matches. for me this is a very nice racket. I use 4u dragon version with 30lbs BG 80. I see Ginting try ax100 when it release but change back to aeronaut 9000 after 1 tournament

This is because major sponsors, ie Yonex/Victor/Li Ning often dictate which rackets they will provide their players due to marketing reasons. Plus many of the top players don't find it hard to adjust as they usually stay within the similar racket type (head heavy/even balanced/head light)

You can start by keeping the same tension and see how it feels. If its too stiff, maybe go down 1 or 2 lb?

@@1Flyingfist Sure. I see May, Tai, Chiharu, Se Young, or Iris Wang, I click. I see a lot of matches, but in CK‘s video you can actually hear the players talk. Don‘t care about what… Though I played myself on amateur level when I was young. Bing Yao was so funny…
