2022 model after August 2022 and 2023 are the same but about $1800 more for 2023 model year. Waiting time to get one is one year now.

@@keangfamily Nope, there are differences. One was a deal breaker on the 2022, but I have a 2023 reservation.

This is a 2022 not a 2023. There is actually a pretty big difference.

For those looking to know just a few changes to the 2023 AWD Pro S Plus First this indeed is not a 2023 model 1. Different interior and exterior colors 2. Heated rear seats 3. Vertical wireless charging spot for phone 4. Faster charging speed 170kW 5. No Level 1 charger comes with 23s 6. 360 degree backup camera 7. Eligible for $7,500 tax credit.

Love this car! I think it's not that high on the popularity scale because it's not out there as an eye popping EV. In fact if you didn't know what it looked like... You would think it's just another ice car. I just think for me this car is such a logical choice, especially for the price and thank you for not doing like a lot of other RU-vidrs and comparing it to a Tesla model Y.... Not even close to being in the same class or price range.

You can run the lights if you get out of the car, press the start button on the steering column… it fools the car into thinking you are in the seat… great review! My 2023 has been ordered!

@@Outsider.Reviews exactly the same for me except they held onto $1000 deposit since February… I’m in BC and instead of going to my local dealer here in Victoria, I ended up going to VW Vancouver because they are getting the lions share of the allocation for BC… 800 cars. I’m glad I’m not the only one feeling like this is a gong show… after taxes the car runs $72k… ( before government rebates ) I’ve never spent so much to wait so long 😂😂

Looking at that sticker, 90% German parts--would this be a German 2023? I don't think the 2023 US versions have the armrests built into the chairs.

1. Price needs to be 8k less. Entry level mid SUV should be below 30k before rebates 2. Speed needs to be under 6 second 0-60 3. No capacitive buttons 4. Fix window buttons 5. Backlit buttons below screen 6. Range needs to start at 500 miles 7. Consistent over the air updates

your forgot 'arial (birds eye view) view for the back up camera,, there is NO reason for the limited views when the backup camera is on.

@@kevs2good133 that's a joke. Entry level small SUV starting at 42k is insane. That's why car manufacturers live EVs..... They can jack up the price and blame it on the battery
